He pretty obviously did this before. I shift the weight on the bag on one arm so that I'm holding it like a baby, and with the now free hand I fish one of the cd-players out of it. "Right here." I pass it over to Bastian. "Quality stuff, man. I could sell this off for 70 a piece even without knowing the right guys for it." I lean against the wall. "But I figure it's always good to have a welcoming gift for new customers, huh?" I smirk.

he smirks and looks at the cd-player. It is nice stuff indeed. He inspects it then looks back at the bag Tom is holding and he opens it and looks down at the rest of the cd-players and then looks back at Tom. "Alright...you're dealing with the right person" he grins and picks up his money from his pocket

It's a fair deal - as I hand over the bag he gives me the money and I unroll it, counting the bills. One hundred and fifty dollars. All there. "Good doing business with ya." I state, slipping the money into the backpocket of my jeans. "Always a pleasure dealing with someone who knows what he's doing." I smirk.

"Wish I could tell you the same" he says, walking closer to him and keeping his eyes on him. "so the stuff is authentic..it's good stuff" he looks at the cd-player in his hand "...it's what you said...but there's something just not right about this..." he smirks. "There was no Tom Reagan in West Madison High" he looks at him from top to bottom and then changes his tone in his voice; "...but I feel in a pretty good mood today, so skip. We're done here"

...My cover's getting blown by a arrogant tough guy? What the hell? I don't show him any surprise though. Instead I shake my head, a slight smirk tugging at the corners of my lips. "Everyone's got his secrets, buddy. Sure you know all 'bout it." I glance up to him, my gaze hard on his. "A li'll paperwork and crooked administration is sometimes enough to clean a record straight out." I lean back against the wall, narrowing my eyes at him. "Though I don't see why that's any of your business.."

he shrugs. "Just like to know what ones I'm dealing with, especially if they come up to me telling me they've got 5 cd-players they want off their hands...but don't worry,I let people have a little privacy left." letting him know that he didn't dug deeper into finding out more about him. "You're cool" he nods, letting him know that he's satisfied with the goods tonight.

"Right." I glance to the exit of the alley for a second.. before deciding to take this up another notch. "Hey listen," I scrape my throat and look back to the guy. "..What else do you deal in? Huh? Or are cd-players your actual specialty?" I ask.

he glance at him, then takes out another cigarett from his pocket and put it between his lips and lights it. "depends...what's hot on the market" he inhales the smoke and blows it out in a cloud.

Here goes nothing. "What if I tell ya I'm looking for a gun?" I ask, straightforward as can be. I don't even blink as I glance back to him.

he looks back at him, still smoking. He smokes some more, taking it easy, before he replies; "what kinda?" he holds out his packet of cigaretts towards him
