I surrender. There is only so much of his stare you can take. "No. You won't believe me when I say this," I sighed, looking in the other direction; it was easier to speak coherently that way. "But I went there on purpose. I was happy there." I emphasized the 'was', so he would think I wasn't enjoying conversation with him. When he didn't answer, I continued. "I was born in Port Royal, to a seamstress and a slave trader. I was miserable, so I left. I'm not as interesting as you think I might be," I looked back at him then.

"Ah." I conclude, quite surprised by this relevation. She ran away then. On a deserted island. Not exactly the most probably choice of the realm. I consider it for a moment, "how long ago was that, luv?" I then ask. ((GTG! Cya tomorrow me hopes! Huggles!))

He seems more interested than I had expected. "When I was sixteen, that would be. . .seven years ago."

Cassandra was out on the deck she saw Jack bring a girl on board,
Who is she....she wonders, I'll have to wait until Jacks out of there to go see her.

"I see.." I thoughtfully rub my chin, running a finger along the braids of my goattee before eventually the hand results making a vague gesture in the sky. "Very well." I gesture at the ship, "Time fer a change of scenerary then, I imagine."

"And what about you?" I say, not worried about my sleeping conditions any longer. "You haven't told me anything about yourself, not once since you've taken me." I was testing him; but, after all, I did only know what I had read, and sometimes that proved false.

"So you think it's fair that I know nothing about you? Tell me," I stopped, slightly out of breath, for reasons that had nothing to do with our conversation. "Just tell me something."
