Dangerous Angels

[Nikki]

I'm staring at her incredulously, my face still tense, defensive. "So you're telling me that I moved twenty feet it two seconds, over ice, nonetheless, and then lifted a van off of you?" My tone questions her sanity, but no one else is after me like this. . .no one cares enough to notice, which I'm perfectly fine with. "Nobody will believe that, you know." My voice holds an edge of derision, now.

[Hannah]

I nod slowly and look at Alice. "I Know.. but there is no other way to explain it.. I did see you before I was almost crushed.." I sigh

[Nikki]

I'm stunned for a millisecond. "So, if obviously you only want to hear this for yourself, then why does it matter?"

[Hannah]

I shrug a bit "I dont know.. it just doesnt make sense, that is why I want to know." I look down for a moment before looking up at his face again.

[Nikki]

"You're not going to let it go, are you?"

[Hannah]

I chuckle a bit "I'm quiet stubborn" I tell him "so.. no."

[Nikki]

"In that case. . .I hope you enjoy disappointment." I feel I'm being a bit too harsh on her, but after all, I don't know her. I smirk a little, but not at my comment. I make a mental note to ask her just exactly who she is whenever I get the chance.

[Hannah]

I narrow my eyes a tiny bit "Right.. of course.." I say, feeling as weird as in class when he didn't shake my hand.
"See you.." I tell him, not knowing how to handle it. He confuses me and in some way he scares me because he is the only one in the entire class who doesn't show a bit of him or rambles or at least tells me *something* about himself.

[Nikki]

I try to smile warmly as she walks away, dreading the lecture I'm going to get from Alice afterwards. "Goodbye."

[Hannah]

After the next class I enter the cafetaria with Mike. He is telling me about the new cd he got and he is totally exited. We get our food and sit down on one of the benches.
