I shove my hands back into my pockets, "Hey, next time you make someone else pick up your stuff after you got robbed you might wanna thank him." I smirk and turn around to leave.

I wrap my arms around my legs, resting my chin on my knees as I keep studying the people. I only found the tavern becuase of the sign of a burning candle, but at least I did find it

I don't notice Ana when I get there, and I go in through the tavern. Its open already, and my mother is behind the bar. It's not crowded though.
I shove my bag behind the bar and steal a slice of bread, and then sneak into the kitchen to find some cheese or whatever.
