Cari yelled after him, "THE SECURITY DOG MIGHT HAVE IT! HE'S ALWAYS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO PLAY FETCH WITH!!"
When he was out of site, the dog came around another corner and up to Cari. It had the heart in it's mouth. It dropped it on the floor. "Awww, hey boy, you wanna play fetch," her short term memory coming into play as she picked up the heart and threw it, "GO GET IT BOY!"
Cari looked down at her hand ... and saw blood. "Blood? Hehe. OH SHIT!!" She started running after the dog. Her feet slipping like ice-skates.

The dog stopped; dropping the heart. It's ears pirked up and tongue hanging out; panting. Tail thumping on the floor. It wanted to play fetch.

Will came and picked up his heart, stuffing it into his shirt.

Cari rounded the corner panting; having never ran that much before at the same time. "Hey..." wheeze, "don't blame..." wheeze, "him!" she coughed as she bent over with her hands on her knees. She dropped to her knees and fell on her side; a habit she always did that when she used to much energy and didn't want to move.
