Sailing to the Past

Jack scoffed. "Jack Sparrow is never soft," He smirked. "It'd call it more ... worn and rough," He teased.

"Oh, obviously, how could I forget" she chuckled and cuddled him 'Love you" she mumbled

"You too," Jack mumbled, still feeling weird saying the actual words. He hugged her tighter to him and closed his eyes.

"yknow.. ? ' Demi said, whispering cause everything around them was so silent with the crew in town. "I love the rocking of the ship... makes me feel at home, really at home"

[Lauren]

"Good," Jack smiled. "Because this is your home, that place is just a temporary roof over your head,"

"I know.. somewhere inside I know.. I just need to be reminded every once in a while" she said with a small smile on her face "Don;t wake me up tomorrow morning, I want this feeling to last as long as possible".

Jack nodded. "I won't wake you," He whispered, resting his head back in the pillow and drifting asleep.

Soon Demi was asleep as well, feeling completely comfortable with the ocean waves clashing against the ship, the rocking and the sound of water washing up ashore.
The next morning it was not until late that she finally woke up..

Jack was already on deck, having gotten up as soon as the sun started to rise. He was watching the crew as they brought on supplies and checking they had everything they would need for their next long journey.
