"No... no!" I ran straight up to Alice and took Alexis from her. "What the fuck did you do to her?!"
"She's... fi---fine." I said, stumbling around my words, stalling for time to come up with a story.

Alexis's eyes fluttered some more and she finally concentrated on her mother's face, still quite dizzy from hitting the back of her head. "Mother?" She asked quietly, confused about where she was.

Aden looked at Alexic and front '..looks like she had too much" He mumbled, not sure though since he had no experience with drinking blood, however he did know that a small vampire had to grow in the drinking, not taking too much at a time..
"Alice.. What the hell did you two do ? Tell me you didn't .." He growled, furious with her.

"No.. no... of course...." I paused, knowing the little girl would most likely rat me out. but I had to try, maybe she wouldn't. "Of course not, Aden...." I wiped a hand across my mouth, to make sure all the blood was gone, thankfully it was. " I saw her walk off, I tried to get your attention... when I saw you guys were too.... 'busy' I went after her, I caught her trying to feed from a rather large man... He threw her into a window. The window shattered and she hit her head pretty hard." It wasn't all untrue, afterall.
"Liar!" I screamed at her. I glared at her, my eyes showing hatred through them. "You lying c*nt!"

Aden observed Alice for a minute but then realised she was trying to make things seem less worse. He grabbed Alice by her throat "Don't do this to me Alice, I'm the one who tried to help you remember ? YOU WENT TO FEED DIDN'T YOU?!" He shouted, losing control over his own strength and he smacked her against a wall, slowly choking her with his one hand.

I could feel the air being cut off from my lungs, and I could barely force the words out, I was becoming a bit disorientated, so I'm not completely sure if they came out right or not, "I had to. The scent... I felt it,I needed... Just once. She wanted to..."
"Don't kill her! I shouted, "She's mine!" I looked down at Alexis when I heard her quietly mumble, "Baby! You're alright" I put my head down close to hers.

Alexis made a soft groaning sound, closing her eyes when she felt her mother's face close to her. "My head hurts..." She complained softly, just wanting the world to stop spinning at the very least.

"I'm so sorry baby..." I looked at Aden then at Alice, then back to Alexis. I paused for a moment, debating the decision I was about to make. "Bring her back... back to my house. Now, we're all going to my house." I hoped the thought of coming to my house, with me, with my daughter, would be too much for Aden to refuse. I had to get that B!tch in my house, she would die.
"NO! Aden, please... please you can't take me there.... She'll kill me!"

Alexis closed her eyes again, feeling tired even in the middle of the night when she was usually wide awake. If she slept now, she would just be more awake during the day and throw everything off-- but she couldn't help but to fall back into unconsciousness again.
