"Because of the way the Cursed Gold very nearly bit me in the arse," Jack said, eyebrow raised. That whole little event still haunted him, in more ways than one. It was the root of his even greater distrust of people.

"Oh yes.. good point." Ana smirked a bit and looked down. "How could I forget.." She took a bite from her apple and chewed on it slowly.

Jack nodded. "If there's a down side to this immortality thing, I want to know about it beforehand,"

"There probably is." Ana stated. "Those things never come for free." She looked at him and ate some more apple. "I should.. get updecks.." She mumbled and turned to leave the room, feeling kind of unconfortable all of the sudden.

Jack frowned, since he hadn't given her any orders to do stuff updeck. "Tell the crew to prepare to go on land. We're going after this fountain *today*" He called after her.

Ana did not reply and walked ondecks to tell the crew to prepare for the little hike which Jack apparently wanted to do. She sat down on the steps to the helm, watching the ocean. Life used to be so uncomplicared. She frowned at herself. Men shouldnt make life this hard.. they werent.. worth it.

Jack took a few moments to get himself some breakfast and then headed on deck to bark more orders at the crew. Just to vent his frustration at being woman-less all night.

Ana watched Jack shout the orders and smirked a bit. Instead of throwing the rest of her apple overboard like she would have done normally, she threw it against Jack's head and looked quickly the other way.

Jack glanced down at the apple core that bounced off his head and landed at his feet. He bent down and picked it up.
"I believe this is yours," He held it out to Ana, the crew member conveniently looking in the opposite direction and had been eating an apple moment ago. "I should throw you in the brig for that, luv,"

Ana looked fully at him for the first time today with an amused smirk on her face. "Oh.. really." She said. "Well that would be awkward because it is kinda crowded there."
