James just answered with a sick groan, doing his best not to puke again, not wanting to upset his mother.
Alex answered for him. "He has the flu or something... a fever and puking." She wrinkled her nose at the mention of it, reminded of him puking on the sidewalk outside.
The doctor examined the boy and later told Alex; "Stomach-flu and fever. I'll write a pre-scription for some medication bot to get his fever down and one for his stomach. Remember he must drink lots of water since throwing up is making him dehydrated" He handed a prescription over to Alex.
Thomas was standing outside, not on his phone, but smoking a cigarette and he closed his eyes and leaned his face towards the sun trying to calm down as he exhaled a calm breath full of smoke into the air
Alex walked out some time after, James in hand, towing him along. The boy looked exhausted and upset, not to mention sick, but she didn't pay him much attention. She stopped in front of Thomas, "Gonna take me back?" She figured he had waited in order to give them a ride.
"Yeah" he tossed the cigarette on the ground and stepped on it on his way to the car. Once they were in the car, he said, not even looking at Alex. "So all of a sudden you've got a kid...where has he been?"
Alex sat in the passenger's seat, James half passed out in her lap. She lightly stroked her hand on his forehead, the most she would ever do for the little boy-- she usually didn't like to touch him. Her eyes darted to Thomas and she shook her head, "Do I look like I want to discuss this with you?" There was no one on Earth she wanted to talk to about a son less than Thomas Bradley. "Can you just drive and shut up?"
He sighed and they drove in silence back to the apartment Alex was staying at during this deal. He stopped the car and looked at James who was sleeping in Alex lap, then up at Alex. "Wherever he came from, you better keep him away from the deal and NR in general...this is no place for a kid to hang around"
Alex shook her head, "I'll take him back where he belongs in the morning." She struggled to get out of the car and shift the boy in her arms at the same time. She wasn't that big, so carrying a full grown, heavy-ass, five year old was not the easiest task in the world.
"Alright... I'll be at my place" he started the car again and leaned over the passenger seat and closed the door when Alex was out
Alex walked with James up to the apartment and inside, not bothering to turn on any of the lights. She set the boy on the couch and almost immediately she was grabbed from behind, scaring the ever living out of her. She moved to shout and a hand slid over her mouth, lifting her clear off the ground while she kicked and lashed out.
"Shut her up!" He hissed from behind his friend, brandishing a knife that glinted in the moonlight that came through the window. He looked out the window, watching Thomas drive off. "Okay, he's gone."
The NR member that was holding Alex struggled to keep her still, "What about the kid?"
"Kill him too. It doesn't matter."
While Thomas drove off, he saw that Alex cellphone had fallen off her pocket and it was laying on the passenger seat. "Fuck..." he mumbled and turned the car around.
He stopped the car infront of the apartment again and walked up the stairs to the door.
"Man, I don't want to have to kill a kid... that's like gotta be a sure way to get sent to Hell."
The other guy grunted in annoyance, "You're already going to Hell for drinking and gambling. Besides, if he's her kid, then he's Anarchy and they're in our territory!"
"They're with Thomas though, aren't they?"
"Doesn't matter. Anarchy is Anarchy, nobody should be allowed over her with safe keeping."
Alex rolled her eyes as she heard the two of them having a discussion, still trying to get free of the hold on her, but the guy behind her must have been huge. She kicked him in the shin, getting a knife to her neck for that, feeling it cut into her skin. Her eyes widened and then narrowed in on the other man that went forward to James who was still passed out sleeping on the couch. She squealed from behind the hand over her mouth when she saw the second blade go near her son's neck, kicking and hissing, putting up a fit to get loose.
Thomas stopped infront of the door when he heard some commotion going on. He checked the door and it was unlocked. When he stepped inside he saw Alex being held by one of his members, eventhough it was dark he recognized it was a member of the NR. "What the fuck's going on?!" he asked one of them. "Let her go!"
"She's Anarchy, boss!" The guy that was holding Alex said in desperation to Thomas, not understanding what the hell they were doing making a deal and letting an Anarchy member on their territory. "Anarchy killed my younger brother only a couple weeks ago. Why the fuck should we let her live?!"
Alex's eyes stayed on the guy that had the knife close to James, still as can be now, not wanting to cause a commotion and watch her son get stabbed for it.
"You idiots! I'M gonna have you killed if you don't stop this shit! Let her go!" He pulled out his gun, aiming it at the man who held Alex
The guy growled a bit as Thomas pulled his gun out, pointing it at him. "You'd sooner shoot us than an Anarchy member!? You've gotten into bed with Luke Harth!? After all he did to us!?" He kept a hold of Alex angrily as he faced Thomas and the gun.
The man standing next to James hesitated upon seeing the gun, not about to get shot.
"I'm fixing us a deal and we're getting 50% more money than what we would if we did this on our own, now I have a very important customer who's got very important money to hand over before this deal is over, and if you kill her before the deal is done, I will shoot you anyway for making us lose all that fucking money!" He held the gun steady, aimed at the man
"You're making deals with Anarchy?!" He spat at the ground in front of Thomas's feet. "They've killed our members for no other reason than that they wanted to. And now you're making deals with them!?" His anger nearly made him shake.
"Would you fuckin' shoot him?" Alex quipped at Thomas when he was taking his time, although she knew he would be reluctant to shoot one of his own gang members.
"If you're having a problem with it, you're out of the gang! Otherwise, let her go and go back to business!" he still didn't lower the gun but was indeed reluctant to use it..
He growled at Thomas, "You've become just as bad as one of them! You're practically Anarchy now!" He was disgusted with him, but at the same time he didn't do anything to Alex for the fear of being shot in the head. He didn't let her go either.
Alex's eyes drifted back toward the other man that had moved James back to knife point-- and she could see James was waking up now with the shouting. "Get away from him!" She snapped, knowing the boy would panic.
Thomas looked back at the man who was with James. "Hey! Get over here! Now!" He was furious but at the same time he understood the mens reaction. Though he didn't understand how they could disobey his orders. "I'm your fucking boss and I know what the fuck I'm doing!"
"So what? You have to keep this bitch alive to get the deal?" This time it was the guy near James that answered, grabbing the boy's shoulder so he couldn't get off the couch.
James had panic in his eyes, but he kept them on his mother, the only person in the room that made him somewhat more relaxed-- although that didn't make much sense since she usually hated him, or seemed to.

"She's an insurance!" He replied, not telling that Luke had Adam, that could just fuel their anger.
"Good, then you don't need the kid if she's the insurance." His knife darted out, pushing into the soft flesh of the five year old. Normally a man wouldn't do this, but it just went to show that even children weren't safe from the bitterness and anger between NR and Anarchy.
"No!" Alex shouted, seeing the bright red on James's shirt, she started to kick and struggle to get loose again, ignoring the knife still at her throat.
With no hesitation this time, Thomas shot the member who had stabbed James. He shot him in the arm though, enough for him to drop the knife and take a step back. "If any anarchy gets hurt during this deal, we're fucked! it includes not hurting the goddamn boy!" He turned to Alex, showing he wasn't happy with her bringing the kid here though; "The kid wasn't a part of the deal, but he is now. I'll have to deal with that.." he looked back at the men. "But before I can do that, I need to be able to trust my own members, do you understand that?! Do you fucking understand that?!"
Alex kept struggling insanely to be let go of. "Let me go, goddamn it!" She snapped, just wanting to go to James, seeing him collapse to the floor. "Thomas, make him let me go!"
"She calls you by your name?" The guy struggling to hold Alex still seethed some. "What are you? Best friends?"
The second guy stumbled back, dropping his gun to the ground as his arm was hit. He groaned and held it, knowing he was fortunate that Thomas only shot him in the arm.
"Shut up!" He said to them all as he walked over to the boy and ripped the boys shirt to use a part of it as blood-stopping material. "He needs to get to the hospital, thanks to you jerk!" he hissed at the shot man and turned his attention back to the one holding Alex. "Do I have to pull the trigger on you too before you fucking do what I say?! Let her go!" he shouted in pure anger now, his blood boiling inside of him as he held the cloth down on James neck
The guy finally released Alex, angry that he did so, "You've turned into an Anarchy bitch dog." He spat at Thomas again.
Alex was quick to move to James, taking over the postion of holding the cloth down on her son's neck, but he was bleeding something awful-- she fucking hoped for their own sakes they hadn't hit an artery in him.
Thomas walked over to the man once he let go of Alex and he punched him right in his face. "You talk to me like that one more time and you'll get a bullet! I'm the one in charge here! I'm doing a deal so that we'll have more money for the whole NR and I'm letting NO ONE fuck that up for me, do you understand that?!" Even if the member was bigger than Thomas, he was still gonna follow Thomas orders and he was not afraid of his own members (or any man bigger than him)
The NR member stumbled backwards, but he didn't reply to Thomas more than a grunt, knowing he would get shot if he did. He just nodded to his fellow friend, "Let's go." He motioned for them to leave, figuring he'd have to go dig the slug out of his buddy's arm instead of taking him to the hospital.
Alex was panicking slightly as James was not responding to her and she was getting blood all over her as she tried to keep the blood soaked cloth to the stab wound on his neck.
Thomas watched them go, cursed under his breath then walked over to Alex. He didn't say anything, he just held down the cloth on the wound and picked him up and walked out of the apartment to his car.
Alex was right on her heels, blood dripping from her hands and she wiped them on her pants as she followed Thomas to the car. "Fuck, fuck, fuck!" She hissed, climbing into the back seat with James so she'd be able to hold pressure on the wound while Thomas drove. "Hurry up... hurry up!"
He stepped on the gas and drove way over speed-limit to the hospital. Thomas looked in the mirror to the backseat, still not saying anything. He was still furious... At least they made it in time to the hospital, Thomas let James and Alex to take care of themselves. Before he left he gave Alex her cellphone, which he was intending to do before this shit hit the fan
Alex spent the night at the hospital, not using her cell phone at all, even when she did get back the news that James had bled out. She walked up and down the halls for a long time until they forced her to leave because she was causing other patients to get anxious with her shouting and hitting the walls.
She was still bloody on the walk home, early morning light starting to hit her and make her vision blurry. She wasn't crying, she was numb-- not sure she was allowed to grieve a son that she'd never actually cared that much for. This thought just made her feel more guilty and she didn't know what to do with herself.
Thomas had spent the rest of the day and night angry. Shooting at things, hitting things...members had cleared out of his way because of that and he had passed out with a bottle of Jack Daniels in his couch.
When the morning came he wasn't angry, but still concerned of the effect this would have had on the deal. He turned on some music to clear his head..
Alex ended up laying face up in the middle of the most disturbing room in her apartment for some hours. She could hear her cell phone ringing in the room next door, but not once did she get up and go answer it. She was half hoping those two guys would come back and beat the shit out of her because frankly after letting James die the way he had, she deserved it.
When Alex didn't answer her phone for the 5th time he'd called, he got over to her apartment. The door was unlocked and he walked in. "Alex? You in here?" The blood from James was still on the couch and the floor, reminding him of yesterday. "Alex?" he called in as he walked through the livingroom
Alex groaned as she heard Thomas's voice from the living room. "Do not come up here or I swear to God, I will shoot you." She hissed loudly from where she was laying on the floor, still covered in her son's dried blood from the night before. She didn't actually have a gun, but Thomas didn't know that.
He took off his shoes and quietly snuck around til he found her in his play-room. She hadn't heard him coming and he saw she didn't have a gun anywhere nearby. While he put his shoes back on he said: "Sorry he didn't make it.." he heard in the tone of her voice right when he entered the apartment that James had died during the night.
"Fuck off." Alex muttered, not even opening her eyes to greet him. She just laid in the middle of the floor of the play room, not having the energy to get up, nor even change out of the bloody attire-- it somehow suited her
"Well, I'm calling Luke now anyway.." He leaned in the doorway, dialling Lukes phonenumber
Alex moved to her feet in a hurry, snatching the phone away from him and practically throwing it across the room in a panic. She watched it bounced off one of the machines and break. "Not a good idea." She panted as if she'd juyst saved him in the knick of time. "Definitely not a good idea."
"What the fuck, Alex?! Will you stop being like a fucking riddle and just tell me what's going on?! I have a fucking deal and you're taking way too much time and space in it! My deal is to fix the coke and get the money, not running like a fucking yo-yo between this place and the hospital!"
Alex growled at him, "Your members just killed my son, so you better be glad I have not completely lost it just yet, alright!?" She snapped at him, shoving him into the wall when her temper flared, "You call Luke and he finds out what happened to James, you are a dead DEAD man, you understand that, asshole!?"
"And why the fuck do you care so much?! They had the fucking right to kill an Anarchy member, which is what he was!" he pushed her back. "I saved YOUR fucking life yesterday, but only cause my brother is in the mansion with Luke! In the deal it was NOTHING said about that you would drag a kid along! He was NOT PART OF THE DEAL!" He yelled back at her face.
Alex narrowed her eyes at him as he kept yelling those horrible things after her son had died. "Fuck you," She muttered, shaking her head as she stepped back from him, "Fuck you, you fuckin' bastard. You're worse than Luke." She snarled, backing off him, although she'd already ruined his phone. She turned to leave the room, shaking in anger, he was lucky she didn't have her gun on her.
"Where are you going? Back to Luke?" He hurried after her. "We can't do anything anyway! All we have to do is play along and get the deal done! Don't you get it?"
Alex growled, "You stupid fuckin' idiot." She turned to him, pushing him back when he got close to her, "You just killed Luke's son. You fuckin' got his son killed!" She snapped, "He's going to string you like Christmas lights!"
"Luke's son?? I thought he was y---...oh fuck! You had a son with Luke! Holy shit!" he backed away from her, putting his hands to his face and head as in despair of this situation. Not only the fact that Alex and Luke had a kid together, but as Alex were saying; NR had killed the rivals son and they were in deep shit if Luke found out...of course he would find out, wouldn't he? Thomas was walking back and forth, aimlessly as his head was spinning with the thoughts about how to solve this mess
Alex was almost glad that she had passed off the panic to him and she wasn't the only one worrying about it. "He plans to kill you, you know. Before any of this was even happening. Tonight, it was all part of his scheme." She licked her lips, knowing she should shut up or she was going to get herself killed, but she didn't stop talking. "He's going to make a call to you later this afternoon, tell you he's got a deal he wants you both to meet on. Going to say just you and him and to leave me in the car... then he's going to kill you. And I assume kill your brother right after."
"Shut up! You're full of shit...you're.--you're panicking, you're just trying to fuck with my mind!" he didn't want to believe what she was saying, cause it made him feel like more of a jerk for ever getting involved with Anarchy...just like his members already thought of him..
Alex shook her head, "I'm telling the truth." She growled, "If you don't believe me, just wait until this afternoon when Luke calls to set it up with you-- you'll know then. And if you don't agree, he'll probably shoot your brother."
"Alright, how long can we keep quiet about the kid?" he looked at her, calming down now. "If you're telling the truth, we need to think of a fucking plan! ...I have to think of a fucking plan to get my brother out alive, damnit!"

Alex shook her head, "Make the meeting with him... I'll take you to his mansion instead of going to where you're supposed to be." She didn't know why she was offering to help, but she was, she couldn't stop herself. "Getting your brother out will be a task and you'll be public enemy number one on Luke's list after this..."
"Meeting about what?" he checked his watch. "I have to call him now before he calls me"
"No." Alex shook her head, "Let him think he's in control and that his plan is working." She licked her lips, "He'll call you soon, I'm sure of it. Say something about a bullshit deal and he needs to meet you."
He sighed and rubbed his eyes then looked at her. "You want Luke down aswell, right? So if you back off and leave me hanging now..---!"
Alex growled, "I did not have to tell you any of that. I could have let you go to your death tonight, so don't fuckin' put this on me like it's my fault." She pointed a finger in his face, "James's death is your fault and I haven't and won't forget that."
He was quiet for awhile, then said:"Right...if we're gonna work together..for real this time, we need to stop blaming eachothers!" Of course that was a hard thing not to do, they were two rivalling gangs after all and had always been...
"I'll blame you when something is actually your fault, how about that?" Alex shoved him by the shoulder into one of the machines, not caring if he got hurt. She needed a bit of physical pushing to get her temper under control.
"Now don't fucking touch me!" he warned her raising his finger and walked closer to her, away from the machine.
Alex snorted, "I'll do whatever the hell I want to you. You don't scare me. I'm not an NR member, I don't have to obey your orders... I don't have to do shit for you." She pushed him againm despite his finger raised.
"Fuck you, bitch!" he said as he grabbed her arm, pulled her close to him, then pushed her back hard, making her fall backwards
Alex tripped right over the bench that was behind her when she was pushed, falling easily onto her ass. She growled from below him, moving to get back up, "You think you can push me?" She started at him like she was going to start a fist fight.
Thomas swung at her with his fist, blocking one from hers and soon there was a fullblown fight between them, very physical indeed
Alex shoved the both of them back into the racks where all the toys were sitting, all the perverted playthings you could possibly think of. She hardly noticed them all falling down around them as she wrestled him on the ground, hand reached out for something, she managed to get a hole of one of the long stick-like features and she smashed it down on his knuckles since it was all she could reach.
Thomas growled and reached out and grabbed her shirt and with full-force threw her to the side, making her land on the bed that was placed in the middle of the room and on his way over to the bed, he grabbed a black long whip, the only weapon close to him at the moment
Alex looked at the whip he picked up and then back at the meek stick he had in her hand-- completely not fair. Her eyes darted around for something else to fight him with, but the bed didn't have to many options aside from the handcuffed chains, but those were attached and she couldn't swing them around even if she wanted to
He lashed the whip down hard on her face when he had the chance
Alex actually let out a legit scream when the whip's end caught her in the side of the face, feeling it split open her cheek. She grabbed both her hands to the side of her face, rolling onto her stomach, away from him.
"Come on then! Tough bitch!" he lashed out with the whip on her back
Alex's body tensed up as the whip lashed across her back and she suddenly turned on him now that he was close enough, grabbing and pulling him down on the bed with her in a flurry of limbs. It wasn't surprising that the blood from her own cheek and James's left over blood was covering them in a matter of minutes. "Fucker!" She panted out, eventually managing to wrestle Thomas enough to slip one of the handcuffs over his wrist and lock it down so he had one arm chained to the bed. "Hah!"
"Cunt!" he cursed at her and tried to grab her with his arm that was free. He managed to get ahold of her hair and pulled her face down in the mattress, pressing it hard down
Alex kicked and bucked like a wild horse when he was holding her face down in the mattress, her hands flailing out to the sides to hopefully smack him somewhere that counted so he'd let up on her hair.
"OW SHIT!" he cursed and let go of her hair, falling down on his side as she had kicked him between his legs. Even the toughest guy can't stand up when that happens... he wringed slightly in pain on the bed and it made him even more angry
Alex crawled off the bed and out of range for him, taking a breather. She honestly had no idea where the key to the cuffs were and she wasn't intending on letting him out anyway.
When Thomas had gotten control of the pain, he looked around and reached with his free hand underneath the bed...and soon held some keys in his hand. "Yeah you better start running...!" he told Alex as he tried to open the handcuffs with the key
Alex grunted, not much for running, her eyes swept around the room and landed on the nearby whip he'd dropped. She grabbed at it, picking it up and pointing it at him. "Come near me and I'll whip you senseless." She snapped."

Thomas smirked and got out of the bed and walked towards her
Alex growled, not holding back and certainly more than just bark-- she had plenty of bite. She pulled the whip back and let it snap at him brutally, aiming for his face since he'd done the same to hers.
He grabbed the whip before it hit his face, sure his hand got hurt, but he didn't bother about that. He held the whip steady as he walked up to her, keeping her from using the whip again. "You know..." he said when he stood face to face with her. "You put me in a lot of fucking trouble" he didn't sound angry though
Alex didn't want to be so close to him, feeling that urge to jump him-- and not in a violent way, at least not completely violet. She didn't want to be the one to give in and step back though. She kept a hold of the whip, tugging it slightly, but they both had decent grips on it. "You've put me in more." She said back simply.
"I'm gonna grab something to eat in some restaurant...wanna come?" was he seriously asking her out? He probably was...
Alex lifted her brow at him like he was crazy, "Fuck no, I don't want to go anywhere with you. You just split my cheek open... if you let me do the same to you, I might consider it..."
He looked amused and backed a step, holding out his arms. "Come on then. Give me your best..whipping!" Apparently Alex didn't know he was way too used with these kind of...'tortures'
Alex lifted her brow delicately, "You want me to whip you?" This seemed like some sort of trick to her. She kept the whip at her side, unwilling to whip him just yet, nervous somehow that it would go wrong.
"oh come on, pussy! Look..." he removed his shirt and then reached out his arms to the side again. "Now you can't miss"
Alex narrowed her eyes when he called her a pussy, and it didn't take much. She lashed out with her whip, nailing him across the chest viciously, watching the blood appear to her satisfaction.
Thomas looked down on the blood on his chest and then back at Alex and something was twinkling in his eyes, something dark yet fascinating. "Good girl!"
Alex growled at him, "I am not a dog... don't treat me as such." She let the whip fly again, another line of blood drawn on his chest.
He grinned, not even bothered that it really was visible that he had too tight pants right now.... "Told you, you'd be my pet" he teased her again
Alex growled a little bit, stepping closer to him. She took the other part of the whip in her hand and pulled it around his neck tightly, choking him somewhat viciously. "I am NO one's pet!"
Thomas let out a slight choking noise, but otherwise he stood calm. His restrained breathing made his pupils dilate and the blood rush to his face, but there was no sign of panic in his bodylanguage or his face..
Alex panicked for a moment when he didn't panic and here he was just standing calmly in front of her while she choked the ever living daylights out of him. Suddenly she attacked him, but in a different way than before-- her lips pressed hard to his.
as she kissed him,she had loosened slightly on the grip of the whip around his neck and he inhaled enough air through his nose to be able to kiss her back without fainting
The moment Alex realized what she was doing, she jerked the whip tight again around his throat, pulling back from his lips, biting his bottom lip at the same time, pulling it out as far as it would go.
He closed his eyes to handle the pain and it worked, as many times before, and he put his hands in Alex hair, caressing her hair softly before he took a tight grip
Alex loosened as he took a tighter grip, like this was a game of back and forth. She suddenly found him irresistable. The blood on his chest, how tight his pants were, and the bruises already forming on his neck thanks to the whip. She kissed him again.
He felt the high from the bloodloss from his neck as she loosened the whip and he suddenly lifted her up so her legs wrapped around his waist as he pushed her back against a wall and deepened the kiss
Alex dropped the whip to the side as her back pressed into the wall, forgetting about it now. Now she just wanted to feel him all over her, not caring that they were both bloody messes-- it didn't bother her at all.
He touched her more passionate than he ever had before when they had made out, his hands sliding up under her shirt and wherever they could reach in that position they were in now.
Alex ran her nails up along his chest, getting them bloody in the process, probably not the most comfortable feeling for him, considering he already had long gashes along his chest thanks to the whip marks.
He walked over to the bed with her as he focused on the feeling of her lips and her nails in his already wounded skin. It took all his strength in his back to lean down over the bed so that Alex softly landed on her back and still not break the kissing. He started kissing her neck as he undid her pants

Alex's hands mirrored his, pulling at his pants to let him loose. She kept kissing him aggressively, pulling him forward by the button of his pants so that he could get down on the bed with her.
He almost didn't have his pants down yet before he started on her with a hard thrust, one of his hands gripping tightly in her hair
Alex moaned when he was starting before she even had the chance to take his pants off fully. She let go of them, letting him do what he wanted. She grabbed a hold of her shoulders to be able to hold herself up, her lips trailing from his and to his neck where she bit in softly.
This wasn't the same Alex that had been abused by her dad some days ago. Thomas told himself that in his head as he continue to have his way with her, loving it how she responded to his hard ways. The fact was when she was alone with him and he had her like this, she really wasn't the Alex he had seen with Luke...
Alex didn't feel a thing like the person she was with Luke here-- she wasn't submissive and she was enjoying it. She was enjoying sex for the first time in her life with Thomas. She grabbed him by the shoulders suddenly, forcefully rolling them over so she was on top of him instead-- definitely a position of power. It would be nice to brag she had the power of the leader of NR.
His eyes landed on the Anarchy tattoo she had and for a second, his mind was troubled. He shouldn't be doing this with an enemy, but he had such a hard time seeing Alex as the enemy nowadays.... He quickly deserted those thoughts as he looked up at Alex eyes instead, getting hotter seeing how much she enjoyed herself
Alex surely didn't mind being on top to ride him, her eyes catching on the chains that were above his head. She wondered if he still had the key for a moment-- she hoped not. She leaned forward to kiss him hard, at least to distract him as she snapped the cuff back around his wrist, never letting up on the ride.
Normally Thomas would be the one in most control, but he thought this girl might aswell have the ride of her life...she probably needed it, so he let her cuff him to the bed and found it interesting to see what she would come up with next
Alex was a little surprised when he didn't argue with her about it, leaning back from his lips to see his face. She grinned slightly when he looked more interested than pissed at her. "You look like shit, you know that?" She muttered, her hand lightly going to his neck where the cuts and bruises had formed thanks to the whip around it from earlier. She straightened up on him, her hand tighting right on where his windpipe was as she rocked up and down on his lap now.
"Yeah I didn't want you to be the only one..." he replied with the little air he managed to get into his lungs now
Alex growled at him as he said that, a sort of animalistic noise when she was in the position she was in. She tightened her hand on his throat, moving her hips faster-- as if it were some sort of punishment, although to her it sure didn't feel like one.
He had a hard time swallowing. He didn't tell her he was really running out of air, being there before he wasn't afraid to pass out, knowing he would come around again if it happened, but yet he didn't want to miss any minute of this!
Alex finally couldn't concentrate enough to both fuck him and hold onto his neck-- she gave up on her grip, putting her hand on the bed beside him instead to get some balance to finish them off.
Later the bed was a mess and Thomas looked like a mess, but a very pleased mess. Still with his hands cuffed to the bed.
Alex was laying beside him, trying to catcher breath as she lay with most of her clothes off and probably ruined on the floor. She glanced at him, "Where's the key now?" She taunted, fully intending to leave him hanging there.
"under the bed" he mumbled, exhausted. He saw her mischevious look and added:"If I miss the meeting with Luke just cause you tied me up and we fucked...who's fault will it be?"
Alex lost the grin on her face when he mentioned that and she rolled to her side, sitting up. She looked around, "The fuck time is it anyway?" She had broken Thomas's phone so he couldn't get a call unless he was back at his office. "You need to go back to your office... for when Luke calls." She slipped off the bed, going on her hands and knees to look under it for the key.
He sighed. "I was having so much fun....it's against the mattress from underneath, right where you are there" he looked at her
Alex lifted her brow and slid her hand into the mattress, feeling around until she got the key. "Found it." She got up from her knees and leaned over him to unlock the cuffs.
As soon as one hand was free, he lifted it up to her face stroking her cheek as he looked at her unlocking the other one
Alex hesitated as he stroked her cheek that way and she paused in unlocking him to reach down and grab his wrist, pulling it sharply from her cheek, "Don't do that." She ordered, not so sure she could handle tenderness.
He smirked and let his hand rest beside him instead and he looked up at the ceiling as he waited for her to unlock the handcuff
Alex finished unlocking the handcuff and she pushed to get off him and find out what had happened to her clothes in the midst of all their tearing at one another to get them off a while earlier.
Thomas got up aswell and started picking up his clothes from the floor. He also picked up the bits and pieces that used to be his cellphone and he sighed and threw it into the trash and remembered that Luke was suppose to call him. Maybe he had already, but Thomas wouldn't know since his stationary phone was in his office
Alex finished pulling on her clothes, adjusting the straps on her shoulders before turning to look at him, "You going back to your office?" She figured that's the one place he had to be considering she'd smashed his phone to little bits. "Just remember, agree with whatever and wherever he says."
"Yeah..alright" he looked at her, then walked out of the room
Alex sat down on the end of the bed when he was gone and let out a soft groan, speaking to herself. "What are you doing?" She had just given up the plan to the enemy-- and he still was the enemy. She'd betrayed Luke. Her life was as good as over now, if it had ever even begun.
Luke was annoyed when Thomas's cell phone went straight to voicemail, wondering why the man would have it off. "Someone find me his office number!" He shouted at the room of people, sitting behind his desk until a pretty girl slowly walked up with the number on a piece of scrap paper. "About time." He snatched it from her and dialed that number instead.
Thomas had just sat down in his office chair when the phone rang. He cleared his throat before answering, figuring it would be Luke. "No Recess" he answered
"Hard man to get a hold of today." Luke spoke as he recognized the voice on the other line, plus it was Thomas's office line, who else would answer it? "Been calling your cell phone. I have good news for us. Something you're going to be interested in. A meeting with a very important man."
He didn't bother to explain why he was hard to get a hold of today, instead he started acting like he didn't know Luke was gonna call and tell him this.. "Uh-huh? Is it about our deal or something?"
"A way to further invest in our deal, actually. And big money for the both of us." Luke spoke, not having on problem lying, although he didn't know Thomas already knew he was lying. "Meet me out at Pier 53 tonight, two hours from now. Bring Alex with you, I'll bring your brother, I'm sure you want to see him. We can discuss with the client. And the two of us can both go home much richer men."
"Alright, sounds good" he lied aswell, but just did as Alex had told him to do. He looked at his watch. "I'll see you there at 11 then"
Luke grinned at how flawlessly the whole thing went, but greed was a good factor to tempt anyone with. "See you then." He hung up, satsified... and with no intention of actually bringing Adam, only guns to kill Thomas with.
Alex had gotten up from the torture room and she wandered to the kitchen, wondering if there was anything edible to eat there.
Thomas took a shower before walking out of the office to go and buy a new cellphone. He felt a bit lost without one...
Alex managed to make herself some roughed up dinner and she finally was able to relax, at least for a few hours. She watched it get dark outside, just waiting for Thomas to either call her or show up.
When he had bought a new cellphone, he immediately called Alex on his way back
Alex answered on the first ring since it was sitting in her lap as she had anticipated the call. "Did he agree?" She didn't even bother to greet him, just asking questions first.
"Yeah, I'm taking you there with me in two hours..." he paused, then said "I guess he won't bring my brother then, unless he plans to kill him on the spot too?" he asked, to see if Alex knew anything about that aswell
Alex shook her head, "No, he doesn't intend to bring your brother. He'll leave him behind with one of my brothers at the mansion. That's where we need to go if you want to keep Adam from getting his neck cut."
He sighed as he was steering the car with one hand. "I'll go there as soon as I've killed Luke" he was showing no doubt in his voice about that he really was gonna be able to kill him...
Alex growled, "You can't kill Luke, you fool. I told you that the only way I'd agree to this is just for your brother's sake. I'm not going to fuckin' let you go get killed trying to kill Luke. He's going to bring guns, Thomas, lot's of them."
"Well, that's sweet of you... how about I'm getting my brother out and THEN I go to kill Luke?"
Alex growled at him, "I didn't feed you this fuckin' information for you to kill Luke. If you think about doing it, I'll make sure he knows you're coming, got it?"
"Alright, alright, relax! I'm not gonna kill him..." he was soon parking by his office again
Alex bristled in anger, but eventually calmed down when he promised he wouldn't go try and kill him. "Just pick me up. I have to come with you. You'll get lost in that mansion without me."
"Yeah, I'm coming" he walked into his office and grabbed two guns, making sure they were loaded before he put them inside his jacket and headed back to go get Alex
Alex was pacing the porch by the time he pulled up, noting that his car was fixed. "That was fast." She commented upon getting into the passenger's seat.
He didn't comment on that, instead he drove off towards Luke's mansion
Alex was silent for the drive over, until they got close and then she started giving directions, "Park around the corner-- we can't pull right up. What time did he say he would meet you?" She glanced at the radio clock.
"At 11, I guess we should wait for awhile, just to make sure he's gone" he looked around to see where he could park unnoticed"
Alex nodded, figuring that was a good enough idea, although sitting in a car with him was a lot to ask for-- she was either going to end up punching him or fucking him, one or the other was how it seemed to be going thus far. She let out a breath and just stared ahead of them at the mansion.
He parked behind some bushes and turned off the car-lights and the engine and looked up towards the big mansion.
"What's going on?" Adam asked as he saw Luke and his sons walking around, like they were preparing for something
Luke shrugged, "Just a meeting." He answered Adam, not going into explanation on who it might be with. He didn't want the man knowing. He turned to his middle son, Bastian, motioning to Adam, "Stay behind. Keep an eye on him for me." With that, he took Vincent and West with him toward the cars in the garage, a few others following, all loaded with weapons.
"Wonderful." Bastian muttered, glancing at Adam, but not saying anything to him, not happy to be left behind.
Alex sat up a bit in her chair and then suddenly ducked down, pulling Thomas down by the collar of his shirt as well to hide from Luke as the cars passed them by.

"I guess you won the first price" Adam joked with Bastian
Thomas slowly peeked up so he could see through the window. He saw the cars just as they had passed by and he ducked again and looked at Alex and when he couldn't hear the cars anymore, he took the keys out of his own car and sat up
Bastian shrugged a bit, not as rude as his brother, but not exactly the most friendly either. "Yeah, so long as I don't get shot again." His shoulder was still wrapped from earlier.
Alex got out of the car when she was sure they were gone, slipping down beside it and ducking. She took a peek at the mansion, but since it was dark outside, the lights that were on inside could be easily seen.
Thomas followed Alex towards the mansion and when they both snuk up with their backs against one of its walls, Thomas took out one of his guns and loaded it.
Adam raised his hands, "I'm the one who's unarmed here"
Alex growled softly as they leaned against one of the walls and she saw Thomas with the gun. She reached over and smacked his forearm that was holding it, "No guns. Don't shoot anybody." She hissed softly, then lead him to the back door, using her key to open it.
Bastian rolled his eyes, "Unless you do something extremely stupid, I'm not planning on shooting you."
"What? Never come empty-handed when visiting someone, that's what my dad taught me" Thomas whispered as he followed Alex into the mansion through the backdoor.
Alex snorted softly, but she stopped short when she heard her brother's familiar voice, followed by one she didn't know very well, but sounded a lot like Thomas. "Is that him?" She whispered, figuring Thomas would know his own brother.
"Yeah.. how many members are normally in here when Luke isn't here?" he didn't want to meet a whole army on his own though...
Alex shook her head, 'There's no telling how many... but if you stay quiet. He's away from his desk, so nobody is watching the cameras... they're only for him." She licked her lips, peeking around the corner, "He's only with Bastian right now, you can easily get him, but don't you dare shoot my brother."
"Hey, do I look like a maniac?" he sighed and snuck closer to where the voices were coming from.
"Do you really want me to answer that?" Alex asked and then pushed off the wall and around the corner, letting Bastian see her.
Bastian first went to grab for his gun when someone came out from behind the wall, but he recognized his sister easily. "Alex, what the hell are you doing here? I thought you were in NR terriitory? Is it done?" He asked slowly, "They already killed him?"
Adam looked from Alex to Bastian "....killed who? What's going on?"
Thomas let Bastian and Alex speak with eachothers first before he would make amove. He looked behind him to make sure no one was sneaking up on him
Alex nodded a little bit, "Yeah, it's over with. Luke's disposing of his body now..." She turned her eyes on Adam and frowned, "He wants us to get rid of him, I can do it if you don't want to." She grabbed Adam's arm, pushing him down the hallway where she'd just come from.
"Hey woah, wait!" Adam snatched his arm back from Alex grip and looked at her. "Don't fucking touch me! Tell me what you're talking about!" Thomas was too far away to reach his brother to pull him away, he had to wait until he got closer
"I'll tell you when we get around here." Alex grunted that he was fighting her and she tried to keep pushing.
"Need any help, Alex?" Bastian called after her.
"Nope, I got it... Luke will be back, you should make sure he knows I'm taking care of the brother, yeah?" Alex shoved Adam around the corner with some effort.
Thomas rolled his eyes as his brother was still fighting Alex, so he reached his arm out and grabbed Adam by his shirt and pulled him over to him and covered his mouth and murmured; "It's me, so be quiet"
Adam frowned but relaxed when he heard his brothers voice, wanting to talk to him, but since Thomas was covering his mouth, he guessed he should just keep quiet
Alex paused at the hallway, watching her brother as he turned to go the opposite way. "Let's go." She hissed to the two men in front of her now. "When Luke knows you're not coming, it won't take him very long to figure out you know."
Thomas nodded at Alex and lead his brother away with them "What are you doing? Thomas, why are you co-operating with her?" Adam whispered his questions being irrtated that he didn't know what was going on. "Shut up and we might be able to leave smoothly!" Thomas whispered back to him
Alex grunted at Adam, "Yeah, asshole, I'm saving your life. Let's go." She motioned for Thomas to follow her, figuring Adam would come if his brother did. She ducked out of the doorway and carefully snuck her way across the street back to the car.
Adam didn't ask anymore questions, really wanting to get out of there. The three of them made it back to the car safely and Adam got into the front-seat. Thomas looked at him. "No, she's still Anarchy, she's in the back!"
Alex rolled her eyes and got into the back, "I don't care where I sit, would you fuckin' drive?" She growled toward Thomas, "We don't have the luxury of time if you want to stay alive." She whakced Adam in the back of his head.
Thomas stepped on the gas and drove off, feeling triumphant that they had made it out alive and smooth!
Alex leaned back against the back seat and closed her eyes. She was a dead woman, she knew that. She'd just made the worst decision of her life, but looking at Thomas from the front seat, she didn't feel so bad about it-- yet.
"Luke was going to kill you, wasn't he? when he drove off to that 'meeting'?" Adam asked his brother. "Yeah. that motherfucker..." Thomas replied and looked up in the mirror, getting eyecontact with Alex who was in the back. He wanted to thank her, but couldn't say it with his brother here. He knew it would only start an argument if he did.
Alex met his eyes in the mirror and she grunted softly when he didn't say anything, "You're welcome." She growled since she damn well deserved it. "No skin off my back, saving both your asses."
Adam turned to look at her now. "But why did you do it?"
Alex had not expectedf to be asked that question and she didn't have an answer, at least not one that she could say aloud. She was silent, looking toward Thomas's eyes in the rearview mirror again.
Thomas looked back at her eyes now, he felt her looking at him. "Cause we have our own little deal" "oh..really..." Adam rolled his eyes and leaned back in the seat again. Thomas punched him slightly on his arm: "You're one ungrateful brat, you know that?" Adam punched him back playfully. "Yeah? well you gave me away to the enemy, what kinda brother does that?" they continued punching eachothers arms playfully as they reached their territory
Alex tried not to smirk as she watched the two of them in the front seat, highly amused by it. She eventually shook her head and looked down at her cell phone as it went off in a shrill ring. "Yeah?" She answered.
"You are dead." Luke's voice sounded through the receiver and into her ear.
Thomas hit the breaks, parking by the office and Adam got out o the car. Thomas turned and looked at Alex and saw her face as she held the cellphone to her ear.
"What?" he whispered as quietly as he could
Alex just shook her head stiffly as she didn't say a word.
"That him? That's him!?" Luke roared as he heard some voice from the other line, knowing Alex was most likely with Thomas. "You throw your lot in with him!?" He snarled, practically shaking with how angry he was. "I'm going to rip your pretty, little head off, you know that?"
Thomas heard Luke's roaring anger through the phone and he sighed, showing with his hand for Alex to hang up, since she clearly was in no state to talk back to Luke now
Luke growled when she didn't say anything, "You hear me, Alexandra!? I am going to make you wish you'd never been born!"
"Too late for that, Luke." Alex hissed into the phone and then shut it quickly, throwing it into the backseat as she got out, not picking it back up-- it was posionous.
Thomas grabbed her phone from the seat, making sure Luke wasn't on the other side still. He wasn't. He hurried out of the car, after Alex, not to give her the phone back but to tell her. "Hey, come over and sleep at my place tonight, just in case. You'll be safer there"
Alex paused a moment to consider it and then she just shrugged, "Fine... but I don't think he'll do anything tonight. He'll do it when you least expect him to." She knew Luke would take his time to plot revenge.
"I'll be prepared, don't worry. Do you have stuff in the apartment that you need?"
Alex shook her head, "Nothing worthwhile." She eyed his brother as he was standing nearby, "Is he staying too?" She almost hoped Adam would, that would keep her from misbehaving with Thomas again.
"Nah, not in my place, he's got his own, but I'm gonna have to talk to him and some other members to be prepared for an attach by Anarchy, but not tonight" He turned and walked over to his office. "Come on then"
Alex followed him slowly into the office, familiar with it by now. Although most of the times she'd been in there, they'd either been fighting, shouting, or trying to shoot one another. "He's right..." She muttered, "I'm as good as dead." Her eyes moved down to her wrist where the Anarchy tattoo was.
He locked the door, sending a textmessage to Adam that they would talk later or tomorrow, then he walked over to the fridge and took out two beers. He walked over to Alex. "Not while you're here. I won't let that happen" he reached out one beer-bottle to her
Alex took the beer, looking at it with a frown, although more by what he said than the beer. "You got something stronger than this?" She asked, looking back up at him, entrapped by those blue eyes as soon as she saw them.
He smirked and looked back at her eyes, then took away her bottle and walked over to a cabinett. He had a little key that he unlocked it with and opened it, showing Alex three big shelves inside of it, all were filled with bottles of liquor. "Knock yourself out" He swigged his beer, holding Alex beer in the other hand
Alex walked up to the liquor cabinet and she licked her lips as she went over the choices. Eventually she picked up the bottle of Jack and walked away with it, going to sit on his couch, not bothering to grab a glass. The sting of the liquor would help get rid of her thoughts.
He grinned and followed her over to the couch and sat down beside her. "Save something for me?" he nodded towards the bottle. It was full, of course he had more bottles of Jack he could get cheap though...

Alex raised her brow pecuilarly toward him, "Did I ever say I was going to share?" All the same, she lightly thrust the bottle toward him, knowing she couldn't and shouldn't drink the whole thing.
He opened it at took a big swig, then gave the bottle back to her. On the look of it, he was used swigging strong liquors, since he looked like the strong taste didn't bother him at all as it filled up his chest with heat
Alex studied him as he took a drink of the liquor and she leaned back some once he had handed it across to her. "Your tattoos," She mused slowly, gesturing to the ones she could see sticking out by his neck, "show me them." She hadn't really been concentrating on that part of his skin when they were both naked. Now, in the quieter, calmer moment, she was curious.
He looked at her then turned his back towards her and removed his shirt to reveal his tattooed back. "Most of them are not gang-related though.."
Alex frowned a bit, leaning forward, bottle in one hand, she ran her fingers over his back and the tattoos, "Not gang related?" She asked curiously, "Why would you get a tattoo that wasn't gang related?" As far as her life was concerned it had always been about gangs.
He followed in his mind where she traced her fingers on his back, knowing what tattoo she was looking at at that moment by doing that. "Cause somethings are...are more personal than the gang, than this life..." he knew she was now tracing the outline of his tattoo of The Reaper he had on the left side of his back
"And somehow the grim reaper is personal to you and not the others?" Alex asked in a low tone, taking a drink of the alcohol as she kept her finger tracing the ink on his back, "You don't consider yourself the angel of death, now do you?"
he smirked. "Nah..but I've had my shares of..meetings with Mr. Death in the past years. I know he's there waiting for me" he didn't sound depressed as he spoke about this, he was in fact grinning slightly to himself
Alex noted the grin, or as much of she could see with him having his back to her, "Never heard someone so excited about meeting up with death." She stopped her fingers on one near the back of his neck, taping the outline of a rose there, "I like this one. What's it mean?"
"It's a black rose...long story...but uhh.. my nickname is Black Rose..I used to have a sister and she was called Rose...she was always an angel in my mom's eyes and I was not..I was just trouble and my sister, well she never got into trouble.." He reached for a cigarette pack now, took one cigarette out and lit it between his lips and continued; "So I was like a black sheep you know..? but it turned into a rose, I don't really know why, but...yeah my sister got killed and after that..I just started calling myself the Black Rose" He smoked his cigarrette calmly now
Alex leaned back a little, at ease with the story, even if it was awfully depressing and morbid even. "How'd she die?" She asked curiously, not acting upset by any of it since he didn't seem to be. "Was she older or younger? Hell, I don't even know if Adam is older or younger than you."
"Younger" he blowed out smoke and leaned back in the couch again now. He had tattoos on his arms aswell so it wasn't like Alex didn't have tattoos to look at now... "Both of them" He shook the ash off the cigarette into an ash-tray on the table infront of them. "My sister got killed one day when she was walking home from school... some asshole tried to rape her in an alley..ended up killing her aswell"
Alex licked her lips as her eyes went back to his body, studying the tattoos, and the lean muscles that were under them. She took another swig from the Jack bottle before she kept asking questions, "Did you catch him? The asshole?"
"No....but the police did...so he went to jail, but I would've loved to kill him myself" He got up now and walked over to the cabinett to get his own bottle of liquor
"Should have. Jail isn't any justice for anybody. They fuckin' pamper you in jail. Meals on the right hours. Safe from getting in a fight. Safe from getting shot. Better in there than it is out here." Alex sneered a bit, shaking her head. She watched him get up and walk across to get himself his own bottle of liquor, smirking slightly since she wasn't a very good sharer and she knew it. She could feel her head getting heavy with drinking, but she spoke slow so she wouldn't give away that it was hard not to slur her words now. "So keep going. You've hardly explained all your tattoos yet."
"Well, in this pace it will take all fucking night!" he took a bottle and walked back to the couch, stopping infront of Alex. He pointed on a heart in a barbed wire on his right shoulder; "This was for a girlfriend I had, thought it would last, but it never does, so..." he opened the bottle, took a swig and then pointed on another tattoo on his wrist.."This one is the No Recess tattoo, aswell as..." he turned around, pointing on the side of his back.. "this one.." ...he pointed on his calf.. "This one.." and then turned towards Alex again and pointed at his heart; "and this one. They all look slightly different, but they're all about the gang" He continued; "This has to do with my playroom in the apartment you're in" he pointed on a tattoo on his arm, a naked girl in chains and with a blindfold over her eyes, gagball in her mouth and different things sticking into her skin, making it bleed.
Alex's eyes watched his body as he moved from one tattoo to the other, her brows raising in curiousity as he got to the final one. She stopped him, reaching out to take his arm and yank it closer so she could inspect the naked girl in chains. It nearly made her shiver to see it, "Who's the girl?"
"I don't know, just some random one the tatoo artist made. I just told him to make her pretty" he smirked. "And she is, isn't she?" he put the cigarette in the ashtray and sat down beside Alex, so she could inspect the tattoo better
Alex lightly ran her fingers over the tattoo, appreciating the artwork of it, if anything else. She shrugged a bit and eventually took her hand back, taking a drink from the bottle, her head starting to swim... in a good way. "Pretty enough for not being able to see her eyes and mouth... and blood all over her."
he smirked and sat down again. "I have probably missed some tattoos...sometimes I even forget what ones I have" he took a swig from his bottle
Alex shrugged, "Easy when you only got one." She held her wrist out in front of her, studying the simple A with the circle around it. "Fuck... this don't work no more. Luke's gonna cut it outta my skin while he's murderin' me."
He looked at her tattoo and then at her. "He won't murder you, to get to you he will have to get through me and NR...I know some of my members are pissed at me for having you here, but I know a lot will help me out against Luke"

"Help you out, sure." Alex muttered, pulling her wrist back down to her lap and swigging the liquor instead, spilling some down her front, obviously more than just tipsy now. "Not me. I'm not No Recess, they ain't gonna help me." She slurred, "An' I dun' blame 'em."
"No, but I will help you" he took the bottle from her. "You can't fight if you're drunk"
Alex lifted a brow as he took the bottle from her, but she didn't bother to try and snatch it back, relaxed on the couch. "I ain't fightin' anybody." She continued to slur. "Luke ain't no fool, he won't come til' you dun' expect him to come..." She paused, wondering if that made sense in her haze, but she shrugged and gave up trying to clear it up.
"Yeah, whatever.. he's gonna get his ugly ass kicked no matter when he dares to show up" he took one last swig from his bottle, then walked to the cabinett to lock the bottles inside for this night.
Alex watched him get up, "Who does your tattoos?" She asked suddenly, jumping subjects in her haste. She snorted softly, "I'm gonna get a huge X marked right here." She tapped her chest right between her breasts. "So Luke knows where to aim f'er."
He smirked at her idea. "Well, I could take you there in the morning, to the studio, but you need to be a bit more sober first"
Alex lifted her brow, "Bullshit, I don't need to be any sober than I am." She shook her head, "You take me now." She demanded it
He shrugged. "Alright, but tomorrow morning, don't start bitching when you wake up with a tattoo you might regret!" he grinned and put his shirt back on and walked over to his phone on the desk and called the tattoo-artist to make sure he was gonna be there. He then grabbed his car keys and walked over to Alex. "Let's go then"
Alex stood up, stumbled sharply to the left, but braced herself on the couch. She cleared her throat, tossing him a friendly grin for the alcohol in her system and then she walked after him. "I'm thinking a naked girl." She joked, "Covering my entire back... that's badass."
He smirked and steered her lightly to the left so she wouldn't bump in to a chair and he opened the door for her. "Why couldn't you just go naked? That's more badass"
Alex raised a brow, "I think that would distract your tattoo artist if I showed up naked." She snorted, "Although I'm sure he would appreciate the view." She didn't mind sounding self centered.
"well yeah, who wouldn't?" He looked at her and had a big grin on his face. "get in. It's about a 15 minute drive" he said as he opened the door for her to his car
Alex slipped into the front seat of the car, her hands pressing against the leather underneath her. She gave a little groan at the feeling of it-- way too drunk for her own good, she needed to get her wits back about her.
Thomas started the car once he got in and looked over at her; "You're really bad at holding your liquor" he smirked and drove off
"I drank half a bottle of Jack, asshole... do I look like a big person to you?" Alex slurred, trying to excuse herself. "I dun' get to drink very often. Luke din't let me." She mumbled as if she was a child that had to be told what to do-- unfortunately it was mostly true when it came to Luke ordering her around. It was why she didn't take a lick of crap from anyone else.
"well, you can have the other half when we get back" he grinned. "Hey are you sure you're gonna make that x on your chest?"
"Where else would I put it?" Alex muttered, closing her eyes and just sinking into the passenger's seat. "I mean, I could put it on my forehead... that would work too. But it might distract from my face."
he smirked. "Yeah, wouldn't wanna get your face all bloody..."
Alex kept her eyes closed as she traced a big X across the outside of her shirt on her chest, "Hmm... my boobs might fuck up the placement." She paused, "Maybe on my back."
"Well, you've got 10 minutes to decide before we're there"
Alex was silent for a while, debating where to get the X or if she should get something different than an X. "Fuck it," She finally muttered, "I'm letting him do whatever the hell he wants. Doesn't matter. I'm not gonna be alive much longer." She was so sure of that fact.
Thomas suddenly stopped the car and looked at her. "Alex, I'm not letting him kill you. And no matter if you think I'm weak and might not be able to take him down.." he shook his head. "You're not gonna die by his hands"
Alex opened her eyes to look over at him slowly, noting that they were stopped in the middle of the road, but it was awfully late night and there weren't too many cars out at the moment. "Famous last words..." She said slowly.
"But then again, you don't seem to care so why should I?" he started the car again and continued to drive

Alex growled a bit, "I just don't see the point in caring. Hasn't done me any good thus far." She brought a hand up to rub her face, her vision swimming in and out. Damn, she should not have drunk so much, she couldn't stop her mouth from the words it produced like she normally would have. "Nobody's gave a damn before."
"Yeah well now I give a damn okey? I fucking care!" he almost shouted, being angry, but then let out a sigh and parked by the tattoo studio and sat by the wheel in silence
Alex was silent for a while, letting what he said just echo through the car and leave them both uncomfortable. "Why?" She finally asked in a soft voice.
He didn't know what he was gonna answer to that...he sighed and said as he opened the door and got out:"I just do, okey?"
Alex shrugged, just taking that for now considering she couldn't really object in the state of mind she was in. She climbed out of her door and followed him into the tattoo shop.
"Well...having a midnight crisis over your body?" the tattoo artist joked as he greeted Thomas.
"Nah, not me.." he nodded towards Alex.
"Oh..Hello, young lady" the tattoo artist looked anything but polite with his beer-belly and body covered in ink, but he smiled. "So what can I do for you this night?"
"Give me a tattoo." Alex said simply, gesturing to herself as if her full body was a canvas. "Something worth having."
Mark, as the tattoo artist was called looked at her, then at Thomas who just shrugged. "Alright..." Mark cleared his throat. "Come over here and sit down in this chair....Do you have any ideas at all what you'd like to have?"
Alex plopped herself down in the chair, glad to be off her feet considering it got mighty dizzy up there, "Mmm... no... like his." She nodded to Thomas, "But no fuckin' naked girls. I dun need people to think I swing that way."
"Like his? Well, I've made most of his tattoos...which one would you like?"
"What no, wait" Thomas interupted and walked over to them and looked at Alex. "Like mine?"
"I like yours." Alex said simply, too drunk to care at this point. She was making decisions on the whim, sure she'd be dead in a few days anyway. "The rose, I like the rose." She motioned toward Thomas blindly.
Mark looked at Thomas and awaited his response. Thomas looked at Alex and then at Mark;"Alright, give her a black rose. A small one! Like... on her ankle or something"
Mark shrugged and started mixing the ink
Alex grunted, leaning back in the chair. "I'm not a pussy, I don't want one on my fuckin' ankle." She leaned forward quickly and ripped her shirt off, leaving her in just her jeans and bra, so Mark would have plenty of space to work with.
Thomas had actually started finding this amusing now. He wouldn't take any responsibility for what would happen in the morning when she found out why her back was feeling sore.
"How about a big black rose on a stem crawling up from the right side of your back..." Mark moved his finger on Alex back so she would feel it. ..."up to your right shoulder?" He knocked on her right shoulder slightly then looked at Thomas. "I'd like that!"
"Perfect!" Thomas gave thumbs up
Alex nodded promptly as if it had been her idea all along, "Yeah, do that." She leaned herself forward on the chair, exposing her back.
"Alright, it'll take some hours, but it'll be worth it!" Mark grinned and started tattooing her.
Thomas smirked amused at this all and laid down on a couch while he waited. He chit-chatted with Mark for awhile before the buzzing noise of the tattoo-machine made him doze off to sleep. Mark continued chit-chatting with Alex, being very talented at what he was doing on her back
Alex was slowly becoming sober simply by the fact that the time was passing. She didn't flinch at all from the machine, used to that little feeling of pain-- this was hardly anything. She glanced at Thomas and then back to Mark since Thomas was asleep. "What do you know about him?"
"About The Black Rose? Well...I've known him for about 7 years...he was messing his arm up by trying to tattoo himself, that stupid kid...so I told him to come to me instead...he has come to me ever since" he smirked. "He was a special kid...poor bastard didn't have one thing right in his family...no wonder he left home...I let him stay in my studio sometimes when he had no place to live...back then I had another studio, but the same couch" he glanced over at Thomas as he was sleeping. "Yeah, that couch..he always managed to fall asleep on that one, no matter how stressed out he was" he filled the tattoo-machine with some more ink..
"You knew him before No Recess?" Alex asked curiously as she looked back over at Thomas, adoring him for a few minutes now that he was asleep and wouldn't know it. He was fantastically broken, she could tell, and Alex found it attractive.
"Yeah...I watched him go from a lost kid to a rebel and a leader...and I never once tried to stop him, you know, cause where else would he go? There was nothing else for him...I could offer some food and the couch and someone to talk to, but I couldn't fix his future you know.." Mark was very detailed on one of the leafs on the tattoo now. "Kid's grew up fast on the streets here in those times...yeah, time changes fast now..I bet the kids on the streets nowadays aren't anything like Black Rose was...hell, I've never met anyone like him ever since!"
Alex eyed Thomas as Mark spoke about him, about to shrug her shoulders, then remembering she was in the midst of being tattooed. "He doesn't seem so messed up to me." Aside from his passion over some disturbing sex fetishes, she hadn't seen Thomas lose his cool yet, except maybe over his Mercedes when she smashed the front end and that had been short-lived.
"It's inside him" he said, sure of what he was saying. "I was wondering what a girl like you was doing beside him when you walked into the studio, but when I looked at him I guess I knew.."
Alex frowned a bit at the statement, "A girl like me? You know who I am, don't you?" She had to assume that around NR everyone knew who she was now that Thomas hadn't been shy about saying so and explaining why the fuck she was there.
"Nah..not really...Anarchy is all I know...I wouldn't want to tell you to be careful around him, seems like he likes you a lot after all...I see that...he's got this calm in his face and voice...mostly in his eyes...never seen him have that around someone from another gang"
"Calm around me?" Alex snorted slightly, not sure that made any sense, but she took into consideration that Mark seemed to know what he was talking about when it came to Thomas. She chewed her bottom lip thoughtfully as she kept inspecting him, "Who's he been with? Anyone serious?"
"Yeah, there was one girl...I don't remember her name, it was some years ago...I don't know what happened that lead to the break-up, but he was pretty down about it...but he survives. He always seem to do"
Alex nodded thoughtfully as she watched him. "Seems to calm, too laid back to be a leader of a gang." She looked over at Mark, "That temper, where does it come from?"
"I'm not a psychologist...but obviously it's from his childhood..he's been dealing with it much better now...believe me, you don't want to be around when his anger gets released...You might think you've seen him pissed off..that ain't nothing, that's not what I'm talking about...he's got a very dark side to him...hence the 'Black' in the 'Black Rose'-name...I'm lucky I've only seen it from a far!"
Alex was even more interested in Thomas now, wishing she could see the temper, even if it was the opposite of what Mark said would be good. "What brings it out?" She asked slowly.
"I don't know...but I think when someone messes with people he loves...I mean everone would get angry by that, but he's...he's a revengeful son of a bitch with no morals when it comes to that!"
Alex smiled slowly as he said that, loving to hear it. She found that quality, that vengeful like quality to be attractive. "You almost done back there?" She didn't fail to notice she had now tattooed herself with the Black Rose, with Thomas.
He smirked "No, maybe in 1 1/2 hour though! So you can relax"
Alex groaned and let herself relax onto the chair again. She was sober by now, but hardly patient. She spent the next hour or so quietly watching Thomas sleep since he was really the only thing worth looking at in the room.
Thomas awoke when he heard the sound of the plastic film getting ripped and turned to his side and watched Mark cover up Alex tattoo with it. "No sleeping on your back, no laying in the sun without lots of sunscreen, no scratching..." Mark told Alex the things she needed to be able to take care of her tattoo now. Thomas sat up on the couch. "Fuck, I always fall asleep on this one!" Mark smirked and looked at him. "Well it's good that you get some sleep, isn't it?"
Alex slowly sat up, attempting to look at the tattoo since it wasn't in the most opportune place to see it. She grunted softly and eventually gave up on twisting, "Yeah, yeah..." She looked at Thomas and shrugged lazily. It had to be early in the morning by now.
"There" Mark pointed on a full-length mirror across the studio. "And use this one" he gave her another mirror to hold so she could reflect her back in it so she could see the tattoo.
Alex grabbed the mirror he handed over and took it to the other one, inspecting the work. It really was beautiful if she didn't think too hard over what the Black Rose stood for. She nodded her approval finally, "I like it."
"You better" Mark chuckled.
"Hey, turn around" Thomas told her as he watched her
Alex raised a brow and then turned around for his benefit, sure he just wanted to see the tattoo. "Your friend does damn good work." She complimented Mark with a nod.
Mark saluted her as a Thank you and started to dis-infect his tools.
"I told you, he's the best" Thomas grinned. "Fucking awesome!" He sprung out of the couch to have a closer look at the tattoo. "I have a fanclub!"
Alex gave him a look when he said that, "Fuck you." She said simply and then grabbed her shirt to pull it on over, "I'm hungry."
"She's charming!" Mark grinned
"Isn't she?" Thomas grinned back and walked over to him. "Hey thanks for letting us come over."
"Oh, don't mention it. You know you're welcome anytime! And you too, Miss" he looked over at Alex
"I better get some breakfast" Thomas was about to leave, when Mark took him to his side.
"Hey can I have a word with you?"
"Yeah, sure" Thomas looked over at Alex. "Go to the car, I'll be right there"
Alex rolled her eyes when Thomas ordered her to go to the car. "Yeah, yeah..." She mumbled again and headed out the opposite way, leaving the two men alone.
When Alex had left, Mark looked at Thomas; "She asked a lot of questions about you...I suggest you take it easy with this one"
"Mark, I--" Thomas started but got interupted
"Yeah yeah, I know about the deal you have with the leader of Anarchy, but I'm just telling you as a friend"
"Well what did she ask about me?"
"Mostly....about what pisses you off"
Thomas frowned. "Alright..."
"Well she asked about the meaning of the black rose, both you and the tattoo and I told her" Mark said
"And after that, she want to piss me off?"
"No, I don't think she will, she just simply asked what does piss you off and I said I wasn't sure"
Thomas looked at the door. "Well, if she knows what's good for her.."
"..she shouldn't piss you off" Mark filled in.
Thomas shrugged. "I'm not worried about her like that...the only one capable of pissing me off that much...is Luke"
Alex leaned against the Mercedes before digging inside to grab one of the cigarettes that was near the dashboard. She lit up the fag as she placed it in her mouth, sucking in deeply
Thomas came outside just some minute later and watched Alex smoke. He grabbed a cigarette himself and leaned beside her on the car. It was a pretty silent night for being L.A...
Alex didn't say anything for a while as she smoked her cigarette, finally pulling it out she spoke, "What'd you talk about in there without me?"
"Stuff....secret stuff" he smirked slightly at her and put out his cigarette and walked over to the drivers seat. "Come on now"
Alex scowled at the way he said secret stuff, but she had to remind herself that it didn't matter and it wasn't her business anymore. She pushed off the car door and opened it instead, letting herself in. "We're getting food, right?"
"Yeah..I want sushi" he started the car and started driving
"Sushi?" Alex laughed a bit, "Look at that... he has high class. You aren't going to find sushi around here, you know? You'll have to go out of NR territory if you want anything good."
"How would you know? And what would you want at 05 in the morning? A sandwich?"
Alex shrugged, "Didn't say sushi wasn't good. I now a fuckin' great place is all." She licked her lips, "Best sushi around. But it's about twenty minutes from here."
"And in Anarchy territory I suppose...?"
Alex nodded, "Well, right outside of it. Like I said, upper class territory. It's five in the morning though. I doubt Luke and his cronies are out sniffing around at this time."
