Valeria smiled, following him to his quarters. Her eyes wandered about as she looked at the decor, spotting his bed and taking a seat on the edge.

Barbossa chuckled at her eagerness and popped the cork and poured the red wine into the glasses, handing her one. He sat next to her and leaned back, crossing his feet at the ankles.

Taking the glass she sipped some of the wine, smiling as she turned to face him.

Barbossa nodded his glace and polished off the drink in one great gulp, setting the glass aside and watching her steadily, his eyes bright and amused.

Valeria finished off her glass as well, putting her glass on a nearby table and moving over to lay on her side next to him. One hand rested on the bed near his chest, the other on her hip.

It took Barbossa a moment to figure out what to say but finally, "I wonder...do you know the siginifigance of this chest we are after miss Valeria?"

"Significance? Well, I'm sure whatever is inside it is extremely valuable, but I'm not familiar with specifics."

Barbossa turned thoughtful as he looked at her. "You see miss Valeria, if you get the contants of that chest, you gain the power of Calypso and the sea is pracitcally yours. Though the chest is of unknown origin and size...no one is even sure what exactly lies within. But you see...like I said, it's similar to that of the Dead Man's Chest...Davy Jones, though slightly more powerful and valuable. And pirates aren't the only ones after this treasure as well. The Royal Navy will be after it as well..." He narrowed his eyes. "But like most things seem, they say the treasure has been cures to whomever touches it first. My guess is she wants me to touch the treasure first and then try and swipe it..." He looked in the direction of Starry's ship.

"Ahh, I see. We'd just have to find a way to avoid her getting what she wants then."

"Aye. That'd be the simple way of putting it." He looked at her with intrest, wondering what she would do next.
