Barbossa eyed Starry's ship with a narrowed gaze, trying to figure out just what it was exactly she was up to.

Walking over to Barbossa, she asked, "Captain? What shall we do while we wait?"

He looked down at her, smiling. "Wait some more." He looked back out at her ship creating its wake. "But...while we're waiting why don't we go to my cabin?" He suggested, leading the way. He added a double meaning to the word wait.

Was he implying that they could continue where they left off earlier? If so, Valeria could definitely agree to that. She smiled and replied, "I'd like that."

He looked over at her eager face, his own unreadable. He stopped walking for a moment, studying her. "Don't get to in over your head with me young miss Valeria. I am a pirate after all." And with that he turned his back to her and pushed opened the cabin doors...
...Starry unclipped Jack's compass from her belt. She wondered if he had escaped the island yet. Probably. After all, he was Captain Jack Sparrow and almost nothing could best him at his own games. She narrowed her eyes and snapped it shut. They were certainly going in the right direction. Another day and they would be at their destiation. Starry wondered why that girl had such a fasination with Barbossa. She sighed. She supposed it was like herself and Jack. She looked back at the Pearl, distracted.

Ha, like she would believe that. Ever since she was a child Valeria yearned to be around pirates, and her time aboard this ship was giving her that experience she wanted. She was strong and independent with a body any man just couldn't refuse. Oh, she would change his mind about her, Val could guarantee that. She followed him back to his cabin.

As he led her back to his private quarters, he looked back at her. "You certainly are an eager one aren't you?" He asked, slightly amused as he plopped down and kicked off his boots.
