Bridge of Love

"You have to," Elizabeth said firmly. "I'm not going anywhere with out you. I'm going with you, Will. You're to be my husband; I'm not going any where without you."

Will swallowed and gripped her hand lightly. "Okay." he whispered gently. He hugged her tightly, knowing Tia would be here soon, how he knew that he couldn't really say but at the moment he just wanted to enjoy Elizabeth's presence.

"It'll be alright, Will," Elizabeth swallowed, pushing back his hair that was in his face. "We'll get married...live together in a house, touch each other when we want...have children and love them always." She smiled. "You'll make a great father, Will. If it's a boy, then his name will be William." Elizabeth was trying to soothe him but what she was saying about the child and such, she did wanted to name her child William.

For a moment Will forgot all about everything but the sweet words Elizabeth was saying. She made his heart so happy it hurt. He half closed his eyes, overwhelmed with emotions. His feelings of love for her were so great he knew he'd never be able to put it into words or even actions. He remembered Keno's words and buried his face in her hair. "You two have an immoral love, there's nothing that can tear you apart forever if you keep loyal to each other." "There's nothing in this world that's going to keep me away from you." he muttered in a voice filled with tenderness. He looked into Elizabeth's beautiful brown eyes, more then a little touched by her last two comments. "You mean that?" he whispered faintly. "That's so sweet Elizabeth..." Will didn't get to finish the rest of what he was going to say because at that moment something small and soft brushed against his shoulder, making him gasp and jerk slightly. He felt Elizabeth tense beneath him and glanced nervously around.
"Geezs." said a familier voice. "You're sure jumpy."
"Keno!" Will greeted the little fox that jumped in his lap happily.
"Who'd you think is was? I came to help you again.... since you always seem to need that." Keno flicked his foxy ears at Elizabeth. "Hello again my lady." he said politely, he seemed to think a moment. "Has he always been this jumpy? Or did he just start it after we met?" he asked Elizabeth, completely ignoring Will who was still slightly shaken.

"We've had...some rough issues that left us a bit shaken up." Elizabeth scooted towards Will and caressed his back while placing her head on his shoulder.

"That James guy again?" Keno shook his head and snuggled up against Will's chest. "Well it's late, you two should get some sleep. I can help you in the morning." he told them both as Will absentmindedly scratched behind Keno's ear. Having the creature close and in his hand gave him some comfort. He closed his eyes and leaned back against Elizabeth's shoulder. "Mmm, that's very comforting Elizabeth." he sighed contently. Will felt better just knowing Elizabeth wasn't going to give up and them being together.

Elizabeth smiled and snuggled up against Will's side, placing her head on his chest and wrapping an arm around his back. She closed her eyes.

Will turned his head a little to look at Elizabeth, his arm still wrapped around Keno. "Are you okay?" he asked her in a soft voice. He snaked his other arm around her waist and held her tightly against his side. Even though Will was still looking at the woman beside him his eyes were mostly closed, he was pretty tired.

"Mmhmm," Elizabeth replied wearily. "I'm fine, Will." She snuggled up against him and fell asleep.

Will smiled at her slightly. "Night darling." he muttered, soon falling alseep as well, too tired to keep his eyes open any longer.
