RP Trailers (it's fun!)

Okay, so this is really fun! Linda and I have been doing it for a while now and it seriously is just like making a siggy only kinda imagining it in your head.

What you do is make up like a movie trailer to your rp. I know it sounds difficult, but it's fun to include whatever you want! You can have quotes and clips of scenes and music and black and white and colors and titles and slow motion/fast motion and ANYTHING YOU CREATIVE MIND CAN COME UP WITH!

Also, if you do a song with your trailer, you can put a clip to youtube of the song, so that someone can 'read/watch' your trailer at the same time they listen to the song! It's fun!

**Soft roll of thunder and rain falling**
Black Screen

Slow Clip in black and white of a Wanted poster of Thomas and Alex, camera slowly draws back to reveal them both standing there looking at it.
Music Song starting slow: "Oh mamma I'm in fear for my life from the long arm of the law..."

Black Screen and beats of the song

Slow Clip in black and white of Thomas being put in irons by navy men and Alex standing nearby watching with miserable look.
Music Song still slow: "Lawman has put an end to my running and I'm so far from my home..."

Black Screen and beats of the song

Slow Clip in black and white of Alex sitting in a corner of a cabin with her hands over her ears, shaking and crying all alone.
Music Song still slow, getting a bit faster: "Oh mamma I can hear you a-crying you're so scared and all alone..."

Black Screen and beats of the song

Slow Clip in black and white of Alex standing on top of the gallows with a noose around her neck, her eyes looking out into the crowd, searching desperately.
Music Song still slow, getting a bit faster: "Hangman is coming down from the gallows and I don't have very long..."

Black Screen and Music explodes: "YEAH!"

Colored, quick clip of Alex and Thomas running across a yard as fast as they can with dogs biting at their heels.
Music Song, fast paced: "The jig is up the news is out they've finally found me..."

Colored, quick clip of Thomas swinging his bat around and beating up a whole deck of men trying to fight back.
Music Song, still fast paced: "The renegade who had it made retrieved for a bounty..."

Colored, quick clip of Alex slamming Thomas up against the wall and kissing him for the first time.
Music Song, still fast paced: "Never more to go astray..."

Colored, quick clip of Thomas stumbling, covered in blood pretty much from head to toe, his eyes dark.
Music Song, still fast paced: "This will be the end today of the wanted man..."

Black Screen and the drum solo starts followed with very fast clips, all looking straight into the camera:
-Luke growling and pulling out his pistol, spitting out the word, "Thomas."
-Lucy crying and standing pregant, "Thomas!"
-Alex falling to her knees and screaming, "THOMAS!"

Clip of Thomas turning to look over his shoulder and his eyes widening.

Music stops and the screen goes to black with a gunshot and Alex's scream of panic.

Title of Healing Rain appears written in the petals of a black rose.
Music plays softly again: "Oh mamma I'm in fear for my life from the long arm of the law."

Yay! ;D It really is so much fun! I keep wanting to make a new one, but with music to it again, but can't find a suiting song! I've used most of the ones I had

One of my Healing Rain Trailers that isn't written to a music, but is based on real scenes and quotes from the rp:

**A beating of a (base)drum inbetween short clips:**
Alex standing by the railing of Lukes ship
Alex voice over whispering:"If I'd never come into that house..."

**beat**

Thomas laying beside Lucy, embracing her

**beat**

Lukes crew coming ashore, attacking the port

**beat**

Thomas jerks awake

**beat**
Alex entering the house and looks around
Alex voice over, still whispering: "If I'd never found you under those stairs...."

**beat**

Thomas holding Lucy tight underneath the stairs,staring with wide eyes at Alex boots as she slowly walks down the stairs

**beat**

black screen with Alex voice and the sound of a pistol getting cocked:"Come out, come out wherever you are"

**rapid clips**
-Alex aiming her pistol
Thomas voice over:"LUCY, GET OUT!"
-Thomas and Lucy getting caught as they run up the stairs

**black screen**

**clips of Alex**
-Alex grinning wickedly
-cocking her pistol, aiming at someone off-screen
-Alex yelling at someone off-screen:"I am hell and you can't make me better!"

-Thomas sitting on his knees staring at Lucys dead body
-Thomas doing a cut on his wrist with a glass-piece
-Thomas grabbing an iron-bar and yells: "No more Mr. Nice Guy!"

**black screen with text: Face the pain...
**sound of falling rain**
Thomas voice over:"Never felt so good to be bad"
*Clips slowing down*
-Thomas looking at Alex then looks away as she looks at him
-He's rolling up his sleeve and looks at his scars
-Thomas throwing himself around Alex, wrestling her down on the ground
-Alex fighting back Thomas
-Alex sits bloody ontop of Thomas, leans down and kisses his lips hard

**beat**

Thomas slowly pulling back from Alex' lips
Thomas voice over:"we're monsters"
- Thomas eyes changing from bright blue to dark blue
- Alex eyes twinkling
**rapid clips as Thomas rolling over ontop of her and makes out with her as his hands slides underneath her clothes**

**beat**

Alex lips close to Thomas ear whispering:"We're perfect"

**beat**
-Thomas and Alex threathening some people in a town
-a hand grabbing at lots of jewelleries
-Thomas swigging from a bottle
-Thomas roaring, swinging his bat at someone
-Thomas fucking Alex up against a wall
-Alex firing her pistol
-Alex leaning over a railing and throws up

**black screen then clips with a scared, fast breathing in the background**
Thomas crouched down, hands to his head and rocking slightly as Alex embraces him to calm him down

Changes to clip where Alex sitting in Thomas lap, you can see her screaming and punching his chest before she breaks down in his arms

**beat to black screen with Thomas scared whispering:"I can't function...I'm in hell with you and I'm in hell without you"**
**beat to a slow clip where Alex and Thomas are standing, forehead to forehead outside in a pouring rain**

**Black screen with Alex voice over:"I'm not in love with you...I'm in pain with you"
**dull thunder and rain still heard**

Yeah, I figured it would maybe be a bit weird for people who are not in the rp...but ah what the hell, it's fun

Unfortunately I can't get many clips. . .let's just say my You Tube history is pretty much nonexistent besides *watching* other vids

^^ hehe yeah, I can't make my own videos either...which sucks when you feel creative
though these trailers wouldn't be really possible to make though, since they're just taken from created mental images

I've seen people who are so talented they can take clips from movies the actors are in and make it look a bit like their RP, or book in the case that I've seen
But that just makes me sad cuz I CAN'T DO IT
