Jack was steering the ship,every once in a while glancing at the compass.

Marie was no longer where she had been at the railing. She had snuck up behind Jack, and was peering over his shoulder at the compass. When she was alive a hundred years ago, she was known to appear and disappear more silent than a shadow.
"why isn't the compass pointing north?" she asked; most likely scaring him out of his wits.

Jack jumped,looking around at Marie, "Because, I'm no' tryin' to find north now am I?" he said,continuing t steer the ship,but watching Marie so she didn't sneak up on him again.

Marie laughed lightly, remembering the time she scared her father; and, he through the cat out the window scared ... not to mention they had been on a boat.

Belle looked for Marie, but couldn't seem to find her. It wasn't a good thing, leaving someone like her alone on the ship. Jack wouldn't be too happy with her for missing her. She bit her lip and continued to look around on deck. Finally, she looked up to where Jack still stood, hoping he hadn't seen her looking. There was Marie, with Jack. Belle sighed, relieved.

I almost jumped out of my wits too, seeing Marie suddenly there was .. kinda freaky. But, nevertheless, I sighed and folded my arms. "Jack - I'm bored. I done everything that needs doing." I said, sighing again.
