I look at her for nearly ten silent seconds.. untill I finally, I can't help the fact that a slight smile creeps to my features. A real smile, the sincere kind that I rarely rarely show. "The horizon." I repeat, to make sure I got that right.

I look at him, my eyes almost daring. If he makes fun of me now, I'll kick him outta my house fot sure.

I lay back down on my back, comfortably, grinning slightly. "Who knows. The horizon is jest another border t' cross.. so yer oughta be able to reach it, eh?" I share my philosophy on the matter.

I look at him for a while, not sure if he is making fun of me right now or not...

I close my eyes, imagining it.. "Soon as I have a ship of me own," I muse lazily, "The horizon'll be me only direction. There, straight on." I'm not really talking to her as much as to myself now. "Until there's land, then I'll turn and try again."

I watch his face intently and a small frown appears onto my face. He seems to be serious..

As I lay there with my eyes closed, considering the possibility of sailing forever as you chase the horizon, I slowly start to drift asleep. On top of Ana's blankets, and next to her as she's still sitting there. But I'm pretty damn tired and can't really help it, with a mind at ease and a body that needs rest I soon lose myself in a slight state of dosing off. Dreams of the horizon printed in my mind like a child's lullaby.

I watch him and frown a little bit as I do so. He kinda seems to like the ocean a lot.. and he seems to be different than I first thought aswell. I pull some covers over him and blow out the candle so it gets dark in the room.

Once the covers are over me I turn on my side so I'm more comfortable, though (subconciously, perhaps) I leave enough room for Ana to join me in the bed when she choses to. I'm still fully dressed (safe for boots) but since it's only a thin blanket that we keep sharing, perhaps that's quite convenient this time around. It's starting to rain outside.

The rain isn't too handy though, seeing that makes my roof leak. I grunt and start searching for kettles and stuff to put under the leaking places. I am kinda bussy, getting wet myself entirely because of the dripping roof, not paying attention to Jack.
