Selena's ship went very fast, sailing to the horizon when she saw another ship.

"It's not possible!" She said quickly. It was her brother, Jack's, ship, The Black Pearl. "He best not fall in love with anyone but one of my crewmates."

* * *

It was morning, finally. Jack woke up from his bed and realized Elizabeth was in her cabin.

Was the entire night a dream? He wondered. That sucks.

"Jack?" Elizabeth asked. She ran into him on the stairs. "What are you doing?"

"It is my ship," Jack said. "But I wanted to see you."

Elizabeth blushed and smiled and said, "Oh, really?"

"Yes, I did. I just wanted to-"

"Ask her something?" Said a strong female voice. Jack made a face of foreboding (yes, the same face that he made every time that he saw Davy Jones) and wheeled around.

"Selena!" Jack said. Selena slapped him.

"And I suppose you have affairs with her," Elizabeth said, frowning.

"No. She's my...um...sister," Jack said.


(Just so you know: Jack falls in love with a girl, namely Elizabeth, and the locket keeps that love and binds them together for alll eternity until the locket breaks. The love is sealed with a kiss-not just any kiss, but a kiss of true love...among other things...and when that love is...well...at any time....the key part of the map to get to the fountain of youth would appear in the locket...but of course, Jack could fall in love with anyone...)

"Damn right I am," Selena said. "Don't you see any resemblance?"

"Sorry, no," Elizabeth said.

"Well, she's more of my half-sister," Jack said, frowning. "But Selena, how the blazes didja get out of Jones' locker?"

"I didn't have help from the likes of you, no, but my crew of smart and beautiful (Jack grimaces) women figured it out. Speaking of my crew, did you find a woman you want as a lover?" Selena asked, eyes sparkling. Surely he would choose one from her crew.

"I did, and she is right here," Jack said, looking at Elizabeth. Elizabeth raised her eyebrows and then realized that trouble was on her way.

"JACK!" Selena yelled. "I THOUGHT YOU SWORE TO ME THAT YOU WOULD CHOOSE A CREWMEMBER OF MINE!"

"I'm sorry, Selena," Jack said quietly. "But I'm not about to send you to the depths. I will break that deal you made with Hector Barbossa and his 'crew' of miscreants."

"You swear then?" Selena asked.

"I swear on pain of death. Now one question: why did he say that you would be sent to the depths if I didn't marry one of your crew?" Jack asked.

"So you would be cursed onto my ship-"

"-and he could have the Pearl," Jack said. "I'm supposing, then, that he had other plans for our lot. Well, then, Elizabeth and I were in the middle of something, so if you would excuse us. Come, love," Jack said.

"Selena," Jack said, turning around. "It is really a shame that you met Barbossa and double that shame that you had to meet me to square the debt." Jack took Elizabeth to the Captain's quarters.

"He's not the only villain, you know," Selena called after him. Jack, of course not being there, heard naught. "There are others standing in our way."

"Davy Jones is lookin for ya to."She said, Selena then faced Elizabeth, and a wicked smile came across her face."So this is the girl you found is it?" She asked Jack as she circled Elizabeth, then stopped,"Are you worthy enough for Capt. Jack Sparrow?"She said.
"It would be great if you would get your face out of mine."Elizabeth snarled.
Selena raised and eyebrow,"Well nevermind that question, I sence a fire within her that not even you can handle Jack."

"Your name is Elizabeth, is it not?" Selena asked, grinning evilly.

"It's Miss Hartford," Elizabeth said.

"Well, Miss Hartford, I sense that you aren't even going to be able to hold him down for one week, let alone one day," Selena said, laughing wickedly. She turned around. "Jack, I'm displeased at your choice. Her?" Selena said, pointing at Elizabeth.

"Excuse me, but I have my rights too," Elizabeth said.

"But not around pirates," Selena said. "We live by our own rules, don't we, Jack?"

"Selena," Jack said, "I might ask that you aren't so rude to Elizabeth. I thought I said I'd already help you."

"No one can help me," Selena said. "Jones is in his own locker and he is leaving. His next stop is to you...and he is going to banish me into the locker for all eternity."

"Is that so?" Jack asked, displeased. "Well, I can escape the devil if I want to. Now, please excuse me."

Jack took Elizabeth and walked somewhere else. As the left, Selena shook her head. "Bloody pirates!" She yelled after him. Jack looked back and shook his head.

"Bloody sisters," Jack muttered.

Selena glared at him and stuck her tounge out at him,"Well I should get back on my ship, I need to take Tia Dalma back to her weird cabin...thing, she's freakin everybody out with the whats it called she does."She turned to Elizabeth and said,"Good day!"And turned on her heel and walked off, but not before taking Jacks hat off the table and putting it on,"I've alwayz liked this hat."

Elizabeth couldn't stop herself from grinning at Selena, and Jack just frowned.

"Whatever," he said. "I thought Barbossa and Ragetti and some other pirates released her from her bonds!"

"Well, honestly, if you really want to know, they had to bind her together again. She looks the same, only cleaner and fresher," said Selena.

"Oh," Jack said. "Well then, back to yer ship you get!"

Selena walked in a drunken swagger all the way back to her ship.

Jack realised as Selena walked away that she took his hat. "If ye'll excuse me love." Jack said bowing away from Elizabeth, running after Selena. Just as she reached the railing of the Black Pearl, Jack snatched his hat off her head.

"My hat." Jack said sticking his tongue out at her and ran off, back to Elizabeth.
