Jack thought for a minute. "So I'm guessing there's no way I can get out of this huh? The natives here HATE me! How was I sappose to know that the girl I was with was there Queen!?!?!?!?" He sighed and started to order the men to dock the ship.

Scarlett kissed Jack.She loved kissing him."Does that make you brave enough?"she asked, taking, yet another swig of rum.

"Maybe!" Jack started to walk off the boat, making sure to look around to see if the natives had spotted him yet.

Scarlett went into captains quarters and ordered the man to carry her off the boat."How are you?"she asked.

Katie looked at Scarlett. "So far I can't feel my arm, but other than that I'm fine. And didn't you get shot too? You should have the doctor look at it." The man helped Katie stand up and they walked out of the room, onto the deck, and off the boat.

Scarlett looked down at her foot."I'ts just a flesh wound.Not that serious."she said.Scarlett tryed to hide her wince when she walked on her bad foot.She laughed.

Jack leaded the group to a small building near the shore line. A man came out and waved at them. "We need to see a doctor!" Jack yelled. The man motioned for them to come in. He spoke to Jack for a few minutes and then looked at Katie.
The man who was helping Katie set her down on a bed. The doctor came out from another room and looked at her arm. "It's in there deep." He looked at for a few more minutes. "I can get it out though." He then led Katie into another room and closed the door. Leaving the crew waiting in the front room.
He had Katie sit down on a bed and took out a small knife. It was made for picking the bullet out of the flesh. Because it was long it could always reach and it was thin so it could fit in the hole.
For a few minutes all Jack could hear was silence. But then he could hear Katie yelling in pain. Then it was quiet again. Katie came out of the room with a bandage on her arm. The job was done, but she looked sick to her stomach.
Katie was dizzy from losing so much blood, and tired from all the things that had gone on. She sat down in a chair and let out a long sigh. The doctor looked at Scarlett. He noticed blood seeping from her boot. "It looks like you got shot too missey. Come into the operating room and I'll take a look at it."

Scarlett walked in and sat down.She pulled off her boot and winced.The doctor examined it and said "We're going to need to give you stiches."He heated up a needle and threaded it.Scarlett cried out in pain.

Katie winced when she heard Scarlett cry out in pain. It hurt her when her friend was in pain. But it would help her feel better. At least they didn't have to cut off her foot! She let out a small yawn. She was almost half asleep.
Jack sat down in a chair and waited for Scarlett to come out. This was taking longer then he thought. Katie looked like she was about to pass out, and Scarlett was going to be tired as well. Great...! Two tired women who are hurt. Just what he needed!

Scarlett limped out of the room and smiled a weak smile.She sat down and let out a sigh."Well that hurt."She laughed a weak laugh.
