Talia was on her way back to Esmeralda's, it was still dark but she needed to talk to her now! When she got to the house however she was in for a surpise one of the vampires had her friend by the neck. What should she do? Talia wasn't one to run away so she got closer. "Hey leave her alone!" Talia demanded. "Don't kill her!"

Esmeralda saw Talia, worst possible timing! "Talia... run!" Esmeralda gasped. Esmeralda felt the vampires grip tighten. At this point Esmeralda was willing to bet she was purple. "Run..." Esmeralda managed to say before passing out.

Talia didn't know what to do! She didn't want those vampirese to kill Esmeralda! "Please don't hurt her!" she peaded, Talia could tell the vampires had already make her friend pass out. She got even closer to the vampires, what did they want anyway? And why aren't they taking any interest in her?

Lestat slipped like liquid between Talia and Esmerlada,blocking her from even running or going after them."Pardon,but where do you think your going?" he asked,raising his eyebrow, "WE just want some answers,and your friend refuses to give them to us in a approachable manner."

Esmeralda felt a bit of oxygen return, she opened her eyes, same scene she had seen last. "Let... go... of... me!" Esmeralda struggle again! Esmeralda looked at Talia, "Go! Get out of here, I'll deal with them, I'll give them what they want if they let me go and if they let you alone!" Esmeralda managed to say.

Lestat sighed,coming around and loosening Marishka's grip on her throat,pulling the woman back, "I believe I'm capable of getting answers out of her without resorting to violence, cherie" he said cooly,flashing the other vampire his best smile. He turned back to Esmerelda, "Now,about this information you have concerning the youngling's massacre,just because we're of the damned doesn't mean we don't care what happens to the world,so in order for us to stop it,we'll need access to the information you hold."

"Yeah right!" Talia said. "Do you really trust them?" she was scared but didn't know if running was a good idea either. She didn't know what to do there was to many vampires around! She still wondered what the vampires could possibly get from Esmeralda.

Esmeralda looked over at Talia, "Leave," she said simply. She turned back to the vampire, "They information I have is not for you to know, I don't want to expose your world, but if you don't give me a choice I might just have to," Esmeralda said looking eye to eye with the vampire. "Give me three reasons why I should give you the information, because I can name about three why I shouldn't," Esmeralda felt so cold being bare foot and in the clothing she was wearing.

Marishca pouted in fake sympathy in Esmeralda's direction."One, I could kill you right here and not give it a second guess, two, if you don't come with us other vampires will hunt you down and trust they don't play nice and three you and I both know that if you don't give us the information we seek that these killings will happen everyday.There, did I do a good job?"she said.Her golden eyes growing more and more bright.

Esmeralda couldn't help but feel more hatered towards this vampire. "Well then come in to my lovely home, you want me to freeze to death so I won't be able to tell you what I know?" Esmeralda opened the door to the warmth of her home and stepped inside waiting for the others to do so.
