Alice gave him her most charming smile. "It is a pleasure to see you as well." she replied with her voice soft. She semi-approved of Lestat's eating habits, but could never conform herself. "So what is your brilliant plan on what to do with the newbie?"

Esmeralda made her way to her work, she opened the door with her keys. She quickly opened the door and closed it, she went into the back room and turned on the video camera. Esmeralda recored everything anyone would need to know in case she died, there was a strong possibility that she was going to die tonight. When Esmeralda finished she left a note to Mrs. McCambridge telling her to watch the video if she didn't find her here. Esmeralda finished quickly and closed the shop once more. Where to start the journey? Were they going to find her or was she going to find them? Esmeralda countinued walking down the side walk waiting for anything and prepared for anything.

Talia didn't see any vampires around but she knew they were out there, somewhere! She went back to her backpack, she kept in a save place where no one would find it. She changed her clothes, the blue stuff she wore when she didn't want her clothes to get in her way. Then Talia continued her search for vampires.

Esmeralda had come to a stop at the police station, the lights were on but everyone was to busy. Esmeralda entered but no one noticed her. Everyone was busy with something, which made it easier for Esmeralda to investigate. Esmeralda entered a dim light hall way no one was around. Esmeralda went all the way to the last room of the hall way. The door was closed and it read "Case Files and Police Reports". Esmeralda tried to open the door... locked. Esmeralda reached into her toe bag and got a wire, she checked around her to see if anyone was in sight... no... she was alone. Esmeralda began picking at the lock... not long after the door opened. Esmeralda entered and closed the door behind her softly. Esmeralda was looking into a room full of organized fileing cabnets. Esmeralda walked to all the file cabnets the one that didn't have dust on the handle would be the one that was opened reciently and would also be the one she was looking for. Esmeralda at last found one... the only one... with out dust. Esmeralda opened it quickly looking through the shuffled papers in folders. In no time Esmeralda had what she was looking for. It was the file of tonights massacare... the police report with complete photos and names of the people found there... dead. Esmeralda quickly exited the room with the file folder in her hand. Esmeralda went around the hall way peaking at doors for a computer, luckly the third door on the left had a computer. Esmeralda entered and locked the door behind her. She sat down and began researching about the victims in the horrible massacare. Esmeralda quickly noticed that all of them had a connection or had immagrated from Russia... even the bartender. Esmeralda sat there wondering why the vampire or vampires wanted to kill innocent people from Russia. Esmeralda printed out all the information and put it in with the case file. Esmeralda put everything back in her bag. What she needed to know here was done now she had to leave. Esmeralda still noticed everyone busy which was no problem for her and she left the station with out her being noticed or seen. Esmeralda had to find someone to tell her answers... hopefully she'll bump into someone who can...

"I've no idea yet,that's why I called you all here." Lestat answered, "I'd love to storm down there right now and rip his throat out...revealing himself to the mortals like that! We've lived millions of years on this earth and never had one youngling.." he breathed in before he went off in French,when he felt Esmerelda's presence somewhere.

Esmeralda was in the Hilton Hotel, she had found out that one of the victims relitives was staying here at the hotel, she came over to investagate. Esmeralda went over to the bell boy, it would be easier to get the information out of him than it was asking the secretary. "Excuse me but could you tell me where Mrs. Kelly Keeley is staying at?" Esmeralda asked polietly. "Sure, she checked in this morning, she's in room 708," said the bell boy. "Thank you so much," Esmeralda said with a kind smile and she handed him a ninty dollars. Esmeralda took the elevator to floor seven. Esmeralda stepped out quickly and saw room 708, she went over and knocked on the door.

Lestat could literally feel Esmerelda right now,he sent a message, Remember me? his voice echoed in Esmerelda's mind.

Esmeralda heard a familiar voice, she looked around... no one. Esmeralda remembered being told that some vampire not all had the power to invade ones mind. Esmeralda thought to herself knowing he'd hear, "Unfortunatly for me yes I do remember you," Esmeralda thought coldly. Esmeralda knocked once more on the door... no one would answer.
