Hanson couldn't help but smirk "True, if she would have been stupid she would have fitted your kind but noo" He grinned

"Dont you have an 'expressive arts' class to go to?" Doug said, emphasising the words 'expressive arts' sarcastically, rolling his eyes.

"Yeah thanks," Doug scoffed, "You're giving me a lift home, right? After this class," Doug asked, meaning the chapel when he said home, presuming Hanson would know what he meant.

Hanson nodded "See you in front of the school" He said goodbye to Penhall and than walked to his next class. Arriving only a little late.

She saw that Tom kid walk in and she tried to look less miserable than she felt...but this day was getting worse and worse. Just her luck. Even the seat next to her was empty, it just felt like everything was working against her...and there was no one in this school to rely on because they either disliked or feared her temper.

"Is this seat taken, miss? Do you mind if I sit here?" Tom smirked at her.

'Sit...just tell me one thing...do you or your friend know anyone named Mike Fenwick?' It sounded like a strange question, especially since it seemed so random. Ultimately it could put her mind to ease depending on the answer.

(was that her ex?) "..no, not that I know of, why ? he a friend of yours?" Tom asked, of course knowing this mike (if it was her ex ) but it wasn't her problem to know about that. He needed to win her trust

((It is))
'So...you just happen to be in this class with me?' she asked, feeling relieved. 'He isn't a friend...well, now at least. He's more of an ex-friend...' It sounded weird and uncharacteristic coming from her mouth. Emma silently cursed herself because she was supposed to be much stronger than that. To try and smooth it over, make it seem better she asked, 'Do you actually have any interest in painting?'
