I pick up two jars and weigh them in my hands, as I turn back to face him. I give him a sly grin, not seeing any harm in sharing this information. After all, I need him to belief I have nothing but the best intentions. I know he won't believe me just for the sake of words, but I have more than one trick up me sleeve still. "Calypso, mate." I inform him. "Or.. Tia Dalma. Whatever you fancy." I put the jars down again, the one in the place of the other and visa versa. "She owed me still."

"She owed you.." I repeat slowly. For as far as I know was he against releasing her from her human form. Because of that he would give up - whatver she owed him - for me.. us? Again, not typically Captain Sparrow. "I see.." I tell him and pick up a feather (one to write with), playing with it eventhough I'm not paying any attention to it. "And who is supposed to look after the souls now..?" I question. I don't have the intention to end up like Davy Jones. Nine years and some hundred days and I would be free.. when Elizabeth waits for me.

I shrug, "They'll have to take care of themselves for a while, mate." I figure. "And *you* don't have to worry about becoming all tentacally.." I gesture in a air of triumph, since I seem to have this all figured pretty damn well, "The fact considered tha' you have Calypso's mercy, blessing and whatmore. Divinity is on our side, mate." I grin.

"I still don't see why you would do this." I smirk a bit and get up, looking out of the window over the ocean. It doesn't make sense to me at all what he is doing, but it does absolutly sound tempting. Of course it does.. I would do a lot of things to be able to be with Elizabeth after all..

I saunter over to the desk and let me sink down on one of the seats. I put my boots up on the desk casually, and lean back in the chair so it's balancing on its hind two legs alone. I observe the new captain Turner intently, as he gazes out of the window.
He doesn't trust me. Truth is, I don't want him to be wary now. I want him to *believe* he can trust me. Trust me with anything. Even a thing such as the location of his very own heart.. But he *won't* trust me as long as this all doesn't seem to make sense to him. I need something for my own profit, a reason why I would do this, based on my own selfish me alone. That alone would make him think it logical for me to bring him back. Of course. I'm captain Jack Sparrow, after all.
I decide to give the whelp that reason. A reason for him to grow less wary. A reason for me to bring him back. Ah, of course I chose to make it seem as an unselfish act at first, cos that what I'd always do. Playing Innocence himself, before I put down all the cards and turn out to have something up my sleeve still.
I study my fingersnails casually. "No doubt you're pretty thankful to me now, eh?" I start 'innocently', "...Might say you owe me, in fact."

Ah. There we go already. He wants me to owe him something. I grin slightly and turn around, looking at him for a while. "And why would you want that?" I question, studying his face intently. "I still can't put foot onto the land so somewhere.. it isn't entirely making everything good you know.." I tell him, studying my own nails now.

I smirk, "I don't need you on *land*, mate." I inform him. I stretch my legs, and look back to him. My gaze fixing on his intently, as I make my 'intentions' clear. "Ever since Calypso got back her rule over the ocean there's been a lot of sailors trying to tame 'r. The seas are full of ignorant merchants, half-baked pirates and whatmore." I gesture towards the window. "This is a golden era for every man that dares call himself a pirate, mate!" A slow, roguish grin spreads over my features. "Together.. we could take them all on. We'd positively be the rulers of the sea herself!" I pause, "Image.. The Pearl and the Dutchman.. one alliance to rule them all."

So that is what he wants. Take over the ocean and rule it. He cannot do it alone though. Clever guy for sure. "Ah.. so that is why you made Calypso get the Dutchman back." I state and sit down again too, not putting my feet onto the table though. I don't *trust* him though. I don't think it would be smart either to trust Captain Jack Sparrow at all. Most of the time there is more hidden somewhere in his sleeve. Though now I don't think he will tell me more. "And how do you suppose we would do that?"

"We do what we do best, mate." I tell him, grinning slightly cos he seems to fall for my plan. "We raid, pillage, plunder and otherwise pilfer our weasely black guts out." I stretch and put my hands behind my head lazily. "What say you?"

"And how can I be sure that Calipso won't turn me into the second tentacally Davy Jones?" I ask him and narrow my eyes even more since I really don't feel like becoming that.
