Jack was outside of the Newsies lodging house,waiting on Racetrack,who took about forty minutes to get ready, he reminded Jack of a woman.
Kid Blink had hidden the towel again from Race, he was walking around the bathrooms, soap all in his eyes, cussing Kid as he went.

Racetrack finally found the towel and got the soap out of his eyes. He headed out the front door,still pulling on his suspenders.
Jack rolled his eyes, "You remind me of a woman" he said.
Race pulled the suspender up and glared at Jack, "shuddup" he said through gritted teeth, "Blame Blink,he hid the towel again,if I see that bum today I'll soak 'im"
Jack shook his head,grinning, "I'll help." he said,BLink had done that to him before,but quit when Jack put his head in the dirty soap water.

Jack grinned when he heard Sarah, "beatin' the stuffin' outta Blink for hiding the towel from Racetrack." he said.
Racetrack laughed,he knew the whole relationship with Jack and Sarah, "But I don't think a girl like you would wanna beat up on some scabber like Blink."
((lol,little translation on the slang, to "soak um" means to beat them up, to "cheese it" is to get out of there, a bull is a cop, and a scabber is someone who is no good, or low.))

((ugh,and writers block settles in.lol.))
They made there way to the gates outside the newspaper,all the other Newsies were already there. Jack made it his point to come up behind Blink and "accidently" hit him in the back of the head, making Racetrack laugh. Just then the gates open, the newsies swarming in to get their "papes" from Weasel. Jack was the first one up there,he was there for two minutes when he yelled.
"WHADDYA MEAN TWENTY CENTS A PAPE!?" he threw himself aganst the grate in the window,getting as close to Weasels face as he could "Who raised the price again weeze?"
"Mr. Pulitzers son." Weasel replied gleefully.
"Well what for this time?" Racetrack asked,coming up behind Jack.
"Why not?" Weasel said,getting glares from the Newsies, "Ah fine, he's started loosin' money again and is tryin' to get it out of yous boys."
"That's baloney and you know it!" Racetrack yelled.
"Ya'd think he'd of learned somethin' when we striked last time!" Jack said.
