No more rpers needed, thanks!
The 21 Jump Street program assigns undercover cops to high schools, colleges and elsewhere. Their primary qualifications are that they have been trained in undercover police work and look young enough to pass for teenagers and young adults. The purpose of this work is to try to arrest and rehabilitate kids on the brink of a criminal career. But teenagers commit crimes as serious as they get.
In the last few weeks, three homeless people have been murdered. All of them were teenagers. All of them came from the same district. Seeing a pattern in the murders, captain Fuller is determined to find the killer before more accidents occur.
So this time around, Doug Penhall and Tom Hanson get an assignment outside school grounds. They are going undercover, pretending to be homeless as well. With barely any backup, their target is to find out who’s going after these kids, and more importantly, how to stop it before there’s a next victim…

Name: Officer Thomas "Tom" Hanson.
Hanson is idealistic, intelligent, with a wild streak and a subtle sense of humor. He used to have an almost blind faith in the police force, though as he’s forced to realize the harsh realities of life he becomes increasingly disillusioned with being an officer. Nonetheless, he realizes that the work they do in the Jump Street program is important - and that he is quite good at it.

Name: Sera Hoffman
Sera used to live with her (single) mother. However, when she was fourteen, her mother died of cancer. Sera lived with her uncle for a while, but she couldn’t get along with him. Before her fifteenth birthday she decided to run away. What was meant as a ‘call for attention’ was never answered though – and up to this day she’s lived on the streets. She’s become a streetwise girl. Never afraid to speak up, but always loyal to her friends.
