We spend a great part of the afternoon making love, with an occasional reciting of shakespearean quotations.

And by the time he's admitted defeat to his sleepless night, and lays there, snoring like a content baby I place a kiss on his cheek and slide out of bed, not the slightest bit in the mood to sleep. I'm actually incredibley hyper right now Remebering from all those weeks ago, nearly a month now, I promised to cook for him at some point. And so I shall. I give his tired figure a grin before I head to the galley to search for supplies.

I'm pretty much unconcious for a few hours, catching up on some much needed sleep. And with Cassandra gone, I lay there sprawled out on the matress happily.

I find some vegetables, dried meat and gravy powder (did they have that in my day? God knows..) and all together make a sort of casserole thing that I put in the stove It really wasn't too hard. I start to wonder what on earth that cook is here for. I cook some potatoes too, which is a bit harder and takes ages but they are done finally, a few hours before sunset at least.

When I wake again, the cabin is lacking a certain girl. I consider getting up for a second.. but change me mind about it anyway. I'm still sleeply, so I I search for the covers (which I soon find on the floor), and turn on my side with them over me, to attempt to sleep some more. My rythm is sort of messed up, so I'll probably be awake in the middle of the night and sleep again in the morning.. but that's alright with me.

".. 'eh.." She's interrupted by the chef who heads to the stove, "What are ye doin' down here?" "Making the Captain and I some dinner." I give him a smile. "... I needa make the crew something for tonight." I roll my eyes, "... Aye, I'll be done soon, I'm sure your gruel won't take too long." He narrows his eyes at her but heads off, deciding he better not mess with the captains food. Or his woman, for that matter.
I do finish about half an hour later and take it all up to our cabin where I get out some of the dusty old plates and sort out the numerous amounts of silverware we have to eat it with. I end up setting up the table quite nicely, lighting a few candles too.

Her roaming around wakes me though. Groggily, I pull the sheets away from my head to see what's going on. "Cassy?" I murmer, still half asleep.

I smile and head over to him, just about done there anyway, "Aye, luv?"

When she's close enough I take her hand, and pull her on the matress with me. But I notice something different. It smells like food in here.. and curiously I glance aside to the table that she was setting. "Wha's tha'?" I smirk.

"Your dinner. You better be hungry." I smile.
