"I know, Rogue gave me an update." Logan kicked the bike to life, the engine roaring loudly. Talking wasn't really easy anymore now, since the volume of the engine was oversounding almost everything else. Logan steered clear from the sidewalk. In no time they hit the road, speeding away from the town.

Storm did not ask him where he intended to go now. They weren't safe. Not here or anywhere else so it did not really matter that much where they would go after all.

Logan checked whether they were being followed, but after about fifteen minutes of heading south it seemed like nobody was coming to look for them. At least for a while. He had set course to the town where Rogue and her friends were staying. He'd stayed there for the last few days and it seemed relatively safe.

Storm looked behind her once in a while, but when they finally slowed down a bit, a car appeared in the distance. She poked Logan into his lip. "Faster!" She exclaimed

He didn't look over his shoulder to check, but trusted Storm's judgement as he sped up the bike again. He pushed the engine to the limit. He wanted to lose whoever was behind them before it was obvious where they were going.

About half an hour later, when they raced over tiny roads into every direction possible, to lose the people who followed them, they slowed down again.
"What now..?" Storm asked him, not knowing if it was suve to go wherever he waned to go.

"We can try to get to Rogue's place now that we got rid of our stalkers." Logan suggested to her, keeping the bike at steady speed.

"Fine." Is the short answer he gets from her. They have a lot of time to talk later and maybe they should try to get somewhere where it is less dangerous before they do so.

Logan nodded once, eventhough she couldn't see cos she was sitting behind him. With more speed than needed now, he drove over to the town where he'd met Rogue a week ago. He knew the streets flawlessly by now, and drove up to the part of the town where they had to be. He parked the bike two blocks down from the appartment.

Storm stepped down from the motorcycle and looked around. It all looked silent and peacefully for sure, she was just wondering for long long this would take. She followed Logan without a word as he started walking
