Joanna stared into Barbossa's eyes. He was just so handsome. She leaned in and gave him the tiniest kiss she could. Once she pulled away, she looked away blushing.

When Joanna kissed him, Barbossa felt his heart skip a beat.
'Is this really happenin'?' he asked himself.
He'd always had feelings for Joanna but didn't think he'd have a chance. Now here they are, together, and she was the one kissing him. It all seamed a bit like a dream that he never wanted to wake up from.
Finally after taking it all in he gentlly placed his hand on her check and pulled her in for a longer kiss.

Joanna wasn't expecting Barbossa to give her a kiss. Once she realized it was really happening, she relaxed a little. Joanna wrapped her arms around Barbossa's neck, deepening the kiss. Oh, Hector she thought. Joanna never wanted that moment to end. Suddenly, she felt the whole ship shake. "What's going on?" she asked Barbossa. A cannonball smashed through the side of the room. Joanna and Barbossa could see there was another ship sailing next to the Black Pearl. It looked like a navy ship. A cannon was aimed at Joanna and Barbossa. ooc: suspenseful huh?  |

bic: Barbossa got lost in the kiss for a few moments untill it was broken by the sound of a cannon being fired.
"Stay 'ere." He told Joanna, before rushing up on deck to see what was going on.

Joanna ran onto the deck after Barbossa left. He may be her captain, but she wasn't going to follow his orders if he was putting his life in danger. She heard Barbossa yelling orders to the crew. Cannons were being fired at the navy ship next to them. Joanna saw some soldiers getting ready to board the Black Pearl. She pulled out her pistols and started shooting at them. She soon ran out of bullets. Joanna pulled out her sword and ran towards a soldier. He was good. She was soon backed against the railing of the ship.
"Give up", the man said. "No lady is going to beat me."
Joanna started fighting more fiercely than before. It wasn't good enough. She was getting tired. The soldier hit Joanna over the head, knocking her out. The last thing Joanna saw was Barbossa looking at her with a shocked look on his face.
Hector.
The soldier bent over Joanna. He looked at her.
"The boss would like a girl like you", he said.
The soldier hauled Joanna over his shoulder and went back to the navy ship.
