Will grinned sheepishly and back off her. "I'll remember that." he replied with a wink. He walked over to the railing and leaned against it lightly, looking out at the sea. The captain had said they would be making port at about night fall, Will figured they could stay there for the night and decide what to do in the morning. He glanced at Elizabeth briefly, he knew he loved her but still couldn't help having doubts. Was he doing the right thing? He sighed and tried to banish the thought.

"You just...stopped," she said slowly. "You seem troubled. Is it what James said?" She couldn't but help but ask. She had a feeling it was that. Perhaps because she knew Will too much.

"Well..." Will trailed off, looking at the wooden deck and finally getting the courage to look her in the eyes. "I get butterflies in my stomach every time I look at you Elizabeth, I know I love you. But I can't help but wonder if I'm doing the right thing, kidnapping you and all." he reached out and stroked her cheek. "I want to do the right thing."

"I know but... are you sure this is right?" Will smiled at her eagerness, he didn't want to dampen her spirits just because he was worried. "I can't let you go either way though." he muttered, placing his hand on her arm.

"And I can't let you go either," Elizabeth said, wrapping an arm around his waist. "Of course I'm sure, Will. My father...James...they don't understand that I love you and not James, that I don't want to live the rich life. They don't understand how much I love you. They think that living a rich life is the answer to my requests, but they're not, Will. All I want and ever wanted was to live with you in a small house in a simple town...to marry you...to have children with you." Elizabeth smiled, near in tears at her own comment. "It's all I ever want, Will."

Will felt more then a little touched by Elizabeth's words and he decided right then and there that anything was worth it if it made her happy. He wanted nothing more then to be there for her and give her what she trully desired. "I can do that for you." he said in a soft voice, holding her close and shyly leaning down to kiss away a single tear that slipped past her guard. "If that's all you really wanted I can give it to you."
