"Right, water," Jack agreed. He'd forgotten he'd need water. He followed behind Ana out to the little courtyard outside the tavern. He saw an old well passed the knee high fence, presuming that's where the water came from he stepped over the fence and walked over to it, not stopping to think that it might not be their well or their water.
He reached across and grabbed a rope, tying it to the handle of the bucket and lowering it into the water. Jack didn't have massive muscles, but his experience on ships made easy work of it, and he raised the bucket back up when it was full of water.

Ana watched him working with the bucket and all. "Sunshine.. I don't want to interrupt your eager workspirit" She chuckled. "But that isn't where our water comes from.." Ana took the rope from him, untied the knot and walked back over the fence, pulling her skirt up a bit as she did so.
Their own well was just a couple of meters away and hidden behind a small shack.

Jack turned his nose up and followed her. "What's wrong with that water, luv? All comes from the same place," He shrugged. It all came from the sea, he didn't see what difference a few metres made.

"Let me put it like this.." Ana said while getting water from their own well. "If you really, really have the urge to get your sweet ass kicked.. you should go and get water over there.." She nodded to the well where they had just been.

"Don't worry about me, luv, I can take care of myself," Jack took the bucket back and tied it onto the rope of their well. He lowered the bucket into the water then leaned against the well. "So ... you think my arse is sweet?" He said with a lopsided grin, brushing a rebellious lock of hair back out of his face.

"As much as I could see of it yet.. yeah." Ana gave him the same kinda grin back, not blushing or anything at all. "But about the first part.." She giggled a tiny bit. "You should have seen your face when Yucca walked up to you.." She said, meaning the bartender.

Jack turned his nose up, in an unintended comical gesture. But he was quick on his feet when it came to thinking up excuses. "People don't hire you if they don't think you're scared of them. If I stood toe to toe with him, squared him up, he would've thrown me out. It's called acting, luv, manipulating people into thinking what you want them to think," He gave her a quick wink along with it.

Ana managed to make sure that she did not burst out into laughing.. to laugh at him. She knew what effect Yucca had on people so there was no way he could tell her it was acting. "Sure, sunshine.." She said therefore, not saying more on the subject, just shaking her head.
"Let's go.." Ana changed the subject, handed him the full bucket and dissapeared inside.

Jack followed her back into the bar. It was the early hours of the morning and the bar was mostly empty, and the people that were in there were passed out drunk or asleep. He put the bucket down on the floor and dipped the mop in it and began to scrub the floors clean. He did not like taking orders, he didn't mind hard graft, but he liked something a bit more satisfying than cleaning drunken pirates sick off the floor. Of course, it helped a little than it was someone so pretty giving the orders. At least it gave him something nice to look at while he worked.

While Jack was cleaning the floor, it was Ana who started kicking out the drunk people and those who decided that they liked to sleep in the bar. She woke most of them up by pouring water over their heads and while they were too surprised to do anything, she grabbed their shirts and pulled and pushed them outside. Ana was pretty strong forher size.. and one of the reasons for that was this daily exersize
