A very, very dangerous man, he has no qualms killing anyone. He never regrets his momentary decisions and he will always pick the blackest darkest path. Luke is a racist and close to Aryan, he despises most races, using them when he can and certainly not letting any into Anarchy.
History: Luke is the ‘owner’ and ‘creator’ of Anarchy. After being arrested throughout his younger years in and out of juvenile detentions and prison, he developed a strong dislike to the law and rules in general. With the help of an older mentor (Vincent), her was able to create a gang and grow throughout the Los Angeles area into one of the best known and certainly most dangerous gang affiliations in the United States. Although seemingly running wild, the members of his gang all answer to him. The main goal of Anarchy is drug trading, getting most of their money that way. Luke oversees everything, although some four hundred members of Anarchy throughout the city of Los Angeles have never actually seen his face.

History: Luke Harth’s mentor after being his cellmate for little under a year. He was originally a part of an Aryan cult gang when he was first put in prison for attempted murder of his wife. Now, he is second in command of Anarchy, the gang he helped Luke form and create. If Luke is the commander of the gang, he is most certainly the enforcer. He received his nickname Reaper for being known as the one to take care of the people that need taking care of.

Personality: West will do nearly anything to please his father, no matter the consequences. He is exceptionally smart and sharp for growing up without much schooling. Again, he won’t do anything to upset the man.
History: Luke Harth’s eldest son, he is the first in line to inherit the top position of Anarchy when his father passes. He hardly strays from orders his father passes to him. Growing up under the command and order of such a harsh father he has developed into a miniature version of him. West and his brother, Bastian, are the only two in the family that share the same mother, although she is long dead by now. West has one of the top positions in Anarchy and he is included in most decisions that happen if they are big enough for Luke to need opinions. West has spent the last six months in jail for beating a police officer, he has recently been released on bail.

Bastian has a soft side from time to time, or at least a rational part of him that makes him stop and ponder his situations from time to time.
History: The second son of Luke Harth, Bastian is a little tamer than his older brother. He still follows his father’s orders, but he got his nickname ‘Saint’ in a moment when he actually stopped Luke from having a group of kids beat. He still remains only a soldier in Anarchy for this reason, that Luke looks down upon him in comparison to his older brother, West. However, while West was recently in jail, Bastian jumped at the opportunity to get back into his father’s graces. He’s been top dog while West has been gone.

Personality: A bit more childish because of his age than his other two brothers, Darren doesn’t feel the pressure of the gang quite as much as they do. He still obeys his father without a word of retaliation ever, but he doesn’t get called upon too often. Egotistical and witty, he can be extremely charming.
History: The youngest of Luke Harth’s sons, he is still finding his way into the gang life. Thrown into lots of situations to see if he is tough enough, Darren proves himself every time to his father that he is tougher and luckier than he appears. He’s evaded death on several occasions, hence his nickname, Blackjack. The only thing Darren is more obsessed with than Anarchy is his own looks. He is constantly looking into mirrors and charming girls—and he gets plenty of them.

Alex is a cold shell, blocked and hidden from the world thanks to her horrific childhood, that continues through present. You do not want to be caught in her sights, because like a raven she’ll pinpoint and peck you until there’s nothing left.
History: Luke Harth’s only daughter, Alex is his pride and joy, in an extremely possessive way. Since Luke has no other daughters or woman around him, he treats Alex much the same as a man when others are around, but too much like a woman when they are in private. With three older brothers, Alex is the lowest of the siblings, but she keeps up with the others by proving herself to be just as tough as they are. When Alex was 16, she had a child by incest, although only those within the high ranks, including her brothers, know that the father is Luke. Everyone turns their head and ignores that part, Alex included, pretending that Ziggy is the father—he’s paid to keep his mouth shut and follow orders.

History: One of the newest editions to Anarchy, Luke allowed the boy into a prospect position after he agreed to solely take responsibility to being James’s father and pretending that with Alex they had the child. Wanting to be in Anarchy bad enough, Ziggy didn’t ask any questions, agreeing easily to take over the responsibility and name.
