'Hmm, I guess I should see the captain about what what I need to do. Where was his cabin? Oh right, over there.' Valeria gazed up at the clear blue sky and smiled before knocking on the door.

Starry downed several drinks of rum herself and then set out on the island to gather information. There was a certain chest with contents inside that would allow one to control the sea. The chest was known as the Chest of Calypso, similar to that of the chest of Davy Jones and she intended to find it with Jack's compass, though she did expect the Royal Navy to be after this prize as well...

There was no answer, so she knocked again. "Captain? May I come in?"

Barbossa opened the door of his cabin. "What is it?" He demanded, then saw who it was. "Ah. Aye. Come in." He stepped back to let her inside and then closed the door behind them.

"I was wondering what I should be doing. Should I be cleaning, cooking, something like that?"

Barbossa studied her. He picked up a green apple and bit into it, turning his back. Sparrow was in the brig so he didn't have much to worry about there. He turned his gaze back to her. "Why don't you clean the floors of the brig." He turned his gaze back away from her and bit into the apple again.

Valeria was happy to have something, anything, to do. "I can do that. Thank you, captain." Smiling she headed down to the brig, grabbing the supplies she would need and starting to mop the floor. Back home she loved to clean the house, so she didn't complain.

Starry walked around the island with a rum bottle in her hand, taking only a few swigs here and there, trying to save it so she didn't have to buy another one to soon. She wasn't getting much information on the chest, which was starting to annoying her. Was there no one on this island who knew anything? She certainly didn't wish to go back on the Pearl if she had to, to get what she wanted...

Since cleaning was something she did best, Valeria was done with the brig in just under an hour. It felt good to be useful, especially on a ship like this one. She still didn't know its name, nor the captain's, but she hoped the names would be coming soon. Didn't want to sound rude and ask unless curiosity wanted to take over. Valeria headed back up the stairs, smiling at the sky again. "So lovely out today." For a moment all she wanted to do was to stare out at the ocean, which is what she ended up doing.

Starry climbed back aboard her ship, grumbling, taking long swigs of her rum here and there.
"Find anything Cap'in?" Joshua, her right hand man, asked.
Starry looked over at him. "No. It seems no one on this tracy rock knows anything execpt how to drink." She took a long draught, polishing off the bottle.
Joshua raised an eyebrow. "Aye Cap'in...So what do we do now?"
She unclipped the compass from her belt and it poined NW. "Set course for north west."
"Cap'in?"
"Set sail! Snap to make way you know the drill." She said, stumbling into her captain's quaters.
