This is 'Healing Rain' basically...only set in modern time!

MY CHARACTORS:
Name: Thomas Bradley
Age: 23
Instrument: Leadsinger and guitar (songwriter)
History:
Thomas lived with his twinbrother and their parents; His mother who drank a lot and his dad who could get rage-attacks and beat up his wife. At age 17 Thomas had enough of his messed up life at home and without a note he ran away. He ended up living on the streets, being a criminal, stealing to survive and managed to get himself a little shack to live in without being caught, since he didn't steal any big things, but enough to get him somewhere. After some years he got interested in guitarrplaying after seeing a homeless man play very good, so he robbed the homeless man of his guitarr one night
And stubborn as he is, he refused to let go of it until he had taught himself how to play it and eventually surprised himself with actually becoming real good at it.
One night he was sitting outside of his shack playing, when three guys walked up to him. They had heard him play for awhile and by a wild chance they offered him to be a part of their band, since the guitarrplayer had been kicked recently and they wanted some new talent. Thomas wasn't used teaming up with anybody, but he saw this as a chance to get more money and to eventually get rid of the life he lived now, since he was getting really fed up with it now as he had been with his life at home. It seemed like wherever he settled down, he wouldn't feel belonged...
Everything seems to lighten up though once he agree on at least play with the band for awhile (if he didn't like it, he would quit). The band goes by the name of Passionate Violence and they play in local bars and soon gets to move onto bigger stages. Thomas change his name into the stagename Black Rose. But with pleasure comes pain, as always in Thomas life...the hard life of a 'rockstar' takes its toll on him...
Nothing is a dance on roses...not even black ones..

Name: Benjamin "Benji" Templer
Age: 21
Instrument: Bass
History:
Benji moved in with his girlfriend at age 15, same year he started playing the bass. He started a couple of bands with classmates, but it never lasted long. At age 16 he dropped out of school and his girlfriend broke up with him. He dreamt about being able to start a real good band that would last and that would make him feel like he was doing something useful in his life. At age 18 he met up with Nick and Chad in a club where Nick was playing in a band. They decided to do something together since Nick was tired of his band he was in. They got together and a year after they hooked up with Thomas on an audition for the last bandmember they needed.
Benji is Thomas best friend and a really nice guy, eventhough he's one of the youngest he feels like he should take care of the rest of the guys at times. He's a good listener.

Age: 23
Instrument: Guitar and background singer
History:
Nick graduated school with good grades, he was not making much noise about him...until he got up on stage with his hobby-rockband 'Petrol', which he formed at age 16. He was their leadsinger and guitarist, but soon he got tired of the type of music they played and together with Chad and Benji he formed a new band, where he was still the leadsinger. Later, when Thomas joined the band, he let Thomas take care of the leadsinging as they named themselves 'Passionate Violence'.
Nick is pretty selfish, sometimes manipulative and sometimes people thinks he has an attitude, but it's also with that attitude that has made 'Passionate Violence' develop into the rockband that it was in the start. He's the more mature bandmember of them all though he likes partying with lots of alcohol and girls...

Age: 19
Instrument: Drums
History:
Lived with over-protective parents who got worried sick when he said he had joined a band and started playing drums. He got a bit spoiled as a kid, but broke free from his overprotective home by the help of Benji as they started playing in the same band. He's a damn good drummer for his age. He started playing at age 14. When 'Passionate Violence' developed he dropped out of school to have more time with them.
Chad is shy and keeps himself in the background at first, but he's also the one making much noise with his drums. He has been learned to speak up more now when he's in 'Passionate Violence' though, maybe he just haven't really found himself completely yet. He's addicted to coffeine and when there's talk about coffee, he's usually not in the background anymore...

Age: 37
Role: The manager for 'Passionate Violence'.
Personality:
He takes care of the band. Making sure they do what they're suppose to for their record lable Atlantic, taking care of their financial stuff, booking shows, making sure they bring in money. He's a good (business)man, but sometimes too greedy, especially now when Passionate Violence are going so good and bring in lots of money..
