A girl (May Westford), born with odd colored eyes, is kidnapped by pirates. The ship is attacked by other pirates who got word the girl was aboard. Who is the girl? It is prophicised that a girl with eyes the color of aquamarine will guide a pirate ship, the prophecy never said which one, to a treasure that only she can see in her mind's eye; clues to the location of the treasure told in a trance brought on by fits of rage…

The girl jumps ship when the ship is near port royal. swimming to shore ... only to be persued by more pirates

Personality: Not much is known about her personality; as she is quiet and reserved and keeps mostly to herself. Scared, fearing if she got near anyone they would use her to get to the treasure...

History: Not much is known as she tries to avoid people; afraid they'll use her for the prophecy. Was kidnapped by pirates because of this; only to be kidnapped again when that ship was attacked. Recently jumped ship and swam to the closest land ... port royal.

lol, not really; they characters are up to whoever wants to join. This was one of those rpgs that popped into my head and I had to post it. It's basically a work in progress.


I actually had a dream last night that sorta had to do with this rpg.
The girl, May; is put in jail (not because she did anything; but, because the governor thought she would be safer if locked up); the next day a murder of a rather high ranking nobleman in commited. The criminal imprisioned. A hanging is set for the next dawn; but, he escapes. No one, but the military and the governor know who the murderer was. Knowing the public is expecting a hanging, and them not knowing who is to be hanged; they decide to hang May. Quote the Governor, "No one knows who she is, or where she came from; she won't be missed..." Infront of a crowd, about to be hanged, she is saved by a robin hood like character. Helping her escape and running away with her, they become fast friends. But, when he discovers that May is the "cursed eyes" prophecy girl; their friendship is severed when he starts acting like everyone else; he tries to force the information out of her.


That's around the lines of how I see the rpg going; and, like I said, the characters are up to the people.

it's potc related and then it's not ((meaning, it's an alternate universe to potc. It takes place after potc: cotbp )) ... like I said, it depends on who joins and as who.

Well, okay, I'll just make things more simple and be my own pirate character.

Personality: Belle is very high-strung and mouthy but at the same time, she knows when and where to hold her tongue. She does her share of work on the ship, but she is also head strong and stubborn at times.

History: (her history may change later, I'm still developing this character) Belle grew up on the outskirts of Tortuga. Her older brother was the only parent she ever knew but he took care of her well, making sure she was never harmed as they had to walk through the busy, drunken streets of Tortuga daily just to get a meal.
When Belle reached the age of 17, her brother was shot by a drunk in town on his way back to the small, rundown shack the two shared. Belle had no where to go, but she knew she couldn't live the rest of her years by herself in Tortuga.
It was then that she stowed away on merchant ship. Belle stayed out of site for three days, until she was sure they were far enough from land. It was then that she discovered it wasn't a merchant ship she had picked, but a pirate ship.
The pirates aboard the ship were shocked to discover a lass aboard their ship.
Belle didn't stay on that ship long, instead she seeked out and became one of many pirate crews.

Personality: Kinda, irritating...loves to play tricks on people. Will get you if you don't get him first. However he's sweet and loving if you know him and are close to him. Would never hurt someone that didn't deserve it.

History: Born in a group of 9 children. was once a semi-respectable man, but couldn't keep up on his taxes and his house was seized. He lives on the street now... is an excellent criminal, can trick just about anyone.

Personality: can be sarcastic and street wise. But is mainly laid back, quiet.

History: Rosette was born in St. Jean de Luz, Basque Country Province, France. At the age of 2 she was gambled away and brought aboard the Mezzanote Diablos Rubis; she was adopted by the captain and his wife as their own. When she was fourteen the whole crew was killed, luckily the 14 year old Rosette been locked in cabin and had not been killed. Rosette took over the ship from them on. When she was 19 the ship was attacked and it sank. Everyone drowned but Rosette. She drifted on a broken door till she was rescued by THE MUSE ((the ship that had kidnapped May))
