Not really kidnapped; but she is befriended by a robin hood like pirate character who saves her when she is about to hanged. He/She brings her aboard his/her pirate ship; only to later find out she's the girl from the prophecy.
All we need now really is a robin hood like pirate character lol

So, if this is potc related, could that Robin Hood be Jack Sparrow, but - a changed version? Well, not really changed but he doesn't serve himself any more.
