The answer to your question is no, Mrs. Sparrow. He is currently aboard the Delilah, a ship made up for RP purposes. He's still the captain of the Pearl, love. :nodding:

Ok...so before I goof something up, can I just confirm one more time--we're beginning this in a DMC universe, assuming that Jack Sparrow's three days are up, and he has somehow wound up aboard the Delilah. Do we need a reason to explain this? (Such as the Pearl was stolen by Will, perhaps, in a quest to find the chest and stab the heart and free his father?) So Jack hires the Delilah to help him find the Pearl--or visit Tia Dalma?--and meanwhile Will is on the search on the seas, with or without Elizabeth.
At least, that's how I'm understanding it...let me know if that makes sense/doesn't work/sounds good and will be a starting point. It at least gives everyone a reason to be where they are, lol.

Hmmm... Any room for an OC and/or even Norrington? Seeing as this is around the time of DMC.

OC- definitely, Norrington- go for it if you can make it work. Just tell me what you've got in mind...heck, go ahead and take on both, if you're up for it.

I think I've finally figured it out, Dauntless, and you've almost got it. The way I see it, it is a DMC universe, and Jack has already been confronted about his debt, hence, Will has been taken captive aboard the Dutchman. Elizabeth has found her way aboard the Pearl, when Jack was still aboard (this is before they visited Tia). The gang went to pay her a visit, and then made their way over to Tortuga. This is where it changes. Instead of rejoining them on board the Pearl, Jack jumps ship and hops aboard the Delilah. I'm assuming he knew the captain in some way, or bribed him- it's not important enough to research xD.
Basically, in the beginning of the RP, you've got Jack aboard the Delilah, Will being held captive aboard the Dutchman, and Elizabeth aboard the Pearl so that she can find Jack. Does this help clear things up a bit?

Ok, I like it, Captain M-J. Out of the three films I'm least familiar with DMC so your version makes much more plot sense Actually I guess it doesn't affect Davy too much, since he's basically just like "Kill Jack!"

Exactly! He's also got the whole "ANGST!" thing going for him as well, which is something I was hoping to bring out a bit in this RP.

Alright, Seeing as I'm officially done with my finals this term, I have plenty of time to rp seeing as I have two weeks off. xD So... I had to dig these back up and here are my character bios. Yes, I'm very aware they suck. Name: Julianna Taylor Age: 19 Looks:
History: She was brought over from England with her mother and father as they were to settle in Port Royal within the St. Paul's district. Julianna comes from a wealthy family, and therefore, stays to the town as much as possible. Though, she is finding that its getting boring to her and so she wants to see more of what is out there. Even finding herself getting into trouble at times around the dock and of the ships.
Dress: Typical period dresses. This may change later on though.
Relationship: Has found herself very enamored with James Norrington.
RPG Color: Pink
Name: James Norrington Age: 32-33 (I'm having to guess here... haha) Looks:
History: Norrington is a kind and noble man, though he often appears to be stoic and slightly snobbish. To his friends and colleagues, however, he shows great respect and grace. He is completely devoted to the Royal Navy, and will often forsake his own personal needs for the greater good. He has harbored an intense dislike of pirates and their kind, and sees himself as something of a purveyor of justice to pirates in the Caribbean.
Dress: Naval attire.
RPG Color: Navy

Splendid! And how convenient that I finally have a weekend free of major projects, which I means that I can have some significant roleplaying time...at last! :jig:
