Will relaxed. But then he realized Elizabeth looked very depresssed or sad? Or both? "Elizabeth what's wroug?" he asked, breathing heavily. He let her go, so she could stand up if she wanted too. "Are you alright?" suddenly he heard something outside moving. "Something outside." he told her. "Or someone." he finished, straining his neck to look over at the door.

Elizabeth put on a smile, "I'm alright, don't worry about me, worry about getting better. I assure you I'm fine," Elizabeth lied, "I'm just really worried about you that's all," Elizabeth heard something, "It's just the wind," Elizabeth lied, there was no wind.

Will didn't believe her but didn't say so, the last thing he wanted to do was hurt her feelings. "I...Elizabeth, I don't think there's any wind." he said, holding his breath to listen. There wasn't anything, but that low rustling sound that was getting closer....He struggled to get up, he had to protect Elizabeth if something broke in! He was worried about her getting hurt because if she did he wouldn't be able to do anything about it. I'm too weak to take care of her!

Elizabeth didn't want him to get up, he was to weak, too ill! "Will, please, relax, lay down, if it makes you feel better I'll go check it out," Elizabeth looked out the door, she was worried about what was out there. "Will, now I want you to promise me something, if anything happens to me, you won't move until you're completely healed," Elizabeth heard the rustling once more. "Promise me," Elizabeth rushed.

Will stopped struggling, but how did she expect him to promise something like that? He loved her and wouldn't be able to live with himself if he let anything happen to her! "Lizzy, please!" then seeing how upset she was, he managed to choke out. "Okay...okay I promise." the room was spinning and Elizabeth looked blurry to him, but he could still hear the nerve racking sound outside as clear as ever. "Be careful, please be careful." he said indistinctly, fighting the urge to grab her arm and keep her from going near the door.

Elizabeth didn't say anything about being careful and she wasn't going to, anything could be outside and she had to be prepared. Elizabeth looked back to see that Will was resting, then she opened the door and exited. She closed the door as quietly as she could. There was a bit more rustling from Elizabeth's left... then it got quiet. Elizabeth walked toward where the sound was coming from. She pulled the branches away to see. The sight was so horrible she stummbled a few steps back. It was a gigantic snake with blood covered all over it's fangs, it hissed at Elizabeth. Elizabeth got the nearest thing... which was a sword covered in blood, but at the moment that didn't matter. Elizabeth aimed and chopped off the snakes head. Thinking it was the end of that Elizabeth went back inside as quietly as she could so she wouldn't disturb Will. She tied her hair and sat in a chair across the room from Will, praying he'd get better by nightfall.

Will tossed and turned restlessly, his body was asleep but his mind was still working in overdrive. He kept seeing Elizabeth, his Elizabeth kissing Jack. The mermory still hurt even though he knew she didn't love Jack. His dreams (or more like nightmares) kept switching, but this on stayed longer then the others. Elizabeth was kissing Jack but this time it was Jack who was pushing her back against the the mast, and Jack who was chaining Elizabeth to it. "I'm sorry luv'." Jack whispered. Elizabeth only nodded. "It's alright." she said, looking quite calm. "I love you Jack, make sure you tell Will I hate him. You have always been the one for me." she glared over at Will, her eyes cold. "Don't worry luv'." Jack answered then he walked over to where Will was standing, all but crying with grief and shock. Jack grabbed a hold of his arm pulling him back, away frim Elizabeth. "Elizabeth!" he cried, struggling against Jack's grip. Elizabeth narrowed her eyes, smiling evilly. "Whelp." she said softly. "No! Elizabeth!" Will wailed in his sleep as Jack pulled him off the Black Pearl. "Elizabeth!!" Suddenly Will awoke shaking, but not from the cold. He looked around the little room fantically but didn't see anyone. He rolled over and buried his head in his hands, his whole body shuddering with sobs.

Elizabeth rushed over to Will, "What's wrong Will? What happen?" Elizabeth said worried. Elizabeth checked, his fever was still high, just not as high as it was. Elizabeth soaked the cloth once more into the cool water, and placed it on Will's forhead once more, hoping to calm him, "I'm here, don't worry, just rest," Elizabeth whispered to him softly.

Will only shook his head, he couldn't bring himself to tell Elizabeth what was wrong. Vaguely Will realized how thirsty he still was but he still said nothing. All the panting from being over heated was draining all his fluid, he was sure. But his throat was too tight to talk. Suddenly he realized something, and since he was only half unaware of what he doing due to the fever, Will acted on it. "You!" he glared at Elizabeth, suddenly quite angry and finally finding his voice. "Get away from me! I don't never want to see you again, I...I hate you! It's all your fault anyway!" Will shoved Elizabeth away from him as hard as he could before turning so his back was towards her. He was still crying in pain and grief.

Elizabeth stubbled back in surprise, but she didn't say anything to make matters worse. Elizabeth eyes flooded with tears. Elizabeth was going to obey his wishes, she was going to leave. Elizabeth collected clean water in a goblet for Will to drink when he could and set a bowl of cool water for him to soak the cloth in and place it on his forhead. Elizabeth found parchment, a quill, and ink and wrote down a letter to will.
William,
I have been hurt so much I had to leave, I will return in the evenings when you are sure to be asleep to make sure you are healing. Once I believe you are better I'll leave, I am not sure how but I will. I've left you a glass of clean water and cool water to soak the cloth in.
Love Gone Forever, Elizabeth Swann
Elizabeth scratched out love because she wasn't sure he felt that way about her. Elizabeth placed the letter in plain view so Will could read it when he could. Elizabeth closed the door and grabbed the sword she had used to kill the snake, and she set off... to... she had no idea but she had to return until Will was better.
