In the meanwhile I am behind the bar again, working as usual, getting me drinks and food. I don't look up when mister Jack finally decides it is time to get up.
I turn my back towards him so he doesn't even get the idea to ask me something now. There are more than enough barmaids here after all. I bite on my lip to hide a small smirk and almost drop a glass when I am not fully paying attention where I walk.

I put my head onto my head as I pass through the tavern. I purposely take the path that makes me pass by Ana. "Thanks a lot, luv." I tell her as I pass by, flashing her a roguish charming grin. I can't help it, it's in my nature to flirt with disaster. I pull the door of the tavern shut behind me, and head down the street contently.
One of the barmaids Ana works with watched them, and as she whipes some dirt of a table she glances over to Ana curiously. "Who's that?"

I roll my eyes when Jack finally dissapeard through the tavern door. "That?" I look at the other barmaid. "Is some buy who's name is Jack and who gave me a ruler." I make a face and walk back to the bar, putting some empty glasses onto it so the girl behind it can take the away.

She follows after Ana. "I recognize him." She chirps. "He's the follow that stole that Navy boat, ain't he? Came sailin' into port all alone on a ship of the King of England!" She rambles, obviously a girl who likes stories like that.

I look at the girl. "Oh really?" I ask, not really intrested into the rumours and stories the other girls tell. "I have to go now.. I am done for today." I tell her and quickly get away from her before she sees the chance to continue to ramble even more.
Some minutes later I am outside the tavern, wearing my hat and jacket and start to make my way over ot the market.

I'm passing through the market as well, at ease cos I'm not in a hurry. As I pass by a fruitstand I pick up a coconut. "Oi! Don't touch it if yer not buyin'!" The man behind the fruitstand says. "Sorry." I toss it over to him, purposely aiming badly so he has to take a leap to catch it, and while he's distracted I easily nick an orange, an apple and a tomato which I drop into the pockets of my jacket. As he looks back to me none of it is visible, and I give him an apologetic shrug before I turn on my heels and stride away.

I see Jack while he does so and smirk a little bit. I stroll past him, my hat deep over my eyes. The moment he shrugs, I steal the orange from his pocket, make it dissapear in my own and continue walking, never stopping.

I look down the street, and a glimpse of a hat above long unruly black hair catches my eye. I narrow my eyes.. recognizing, but unable to pinpoint who it is. Until, that is, I want to take the orange from my pocket again. Bloody tavern whore. I pull my hat deeper over my eyes as I pass through the crowd.

Once I think I am out of view I smirk and pull the orange out of my pocket. I peel it and put a slice of it into my mouth, taking a small alley to the left so I will get to my home. The orange is good. It is nice and juicy and soon enough I ate almost all of it.

At the end of the alley, I'm leaning against the wall. Not doing any effort to head over to Ana, cos she'll pass by sooner or later. It wasn't hard to find her. She's hardly stealthily. When she's near enough I tip my hat back a little to reveal my face, and I give her trademark smirk. "Now that wasn't very nice." I inform her.
