A dog barked in the distance making Will Turner jump. He looked down the side ally his was in, this part of Port Royal wasn't very safe but then again for him no where was safe anymore, better to get beat up by theives then have Beckett find him. He sighed, only two nights ago he'd been happy, that is until someone had found the knife he'd made that very day in a man's neck. It had only been a half hour since he'd delivered it and everyone had seen him with the knife before hand. Since then he'd been hiding from Beckett and his men. "Oh great!" Will exclaimed when he stepped into a deep puddle, the water rushed into his boot. He shivered, rather cross. No one knew where he'd gone after that and he couldn't say either. If he did Elizabeth would be in just as much trouble as he was, he couldn't put her in danger even if his life did depend on it. Will strained his ears, he couldn't hear anyone coming at the moment. He looked down at his wet, dirty clothes, he had to get some dry, clean clothes to wear but where could he go? Everyone around here would traded him in for a mere shilling. Elizabeth's house wasn't too far away but he couldn't go there either...

There a lot of cold in Port Royale and the sun was falling down in the horizon. Only in the port there were heard the screams of the people, the screams of the soldiers and the trots of the horses. The soldiers of the EITC were looking for a pirate especially, one that had been an accused for murder and the soldiers would not be stopped by them until they were capturing it.They had to fulfill the orders of Lord Cutler Beckett...
A beautiful white horse, it was trotting with elegance for the Port Royale´s street, immune to the screams, immune to the screams of the soldiers and of the people who were getting into his houses. His rider, of proud position, covered by a long black layer who was protecting him from the cold was looking with certain pleasure at everything what happened. He liked heading opposite to his soldiers the catch of a pirate, and more if this pirate was the young man William Turner, ' friend ' of Captain Jack Sparrow. His blue eyes, cold and inexpressive were looking this time at the front ignoring the distressing screams of the people when his soldiers were entering his houses to register them, to know if in some of these houses William Turner was hiding.

Elizabeth was currently in the sitting room in the Governor's Mansion, it had been TWO days and yet she hasn't heard from Will. Indeed she had found out that Will had been accused of murder, but she didn't even dare believe it. Elizabeth battled between herself, should she go looking for Will? Everytime Elizabeth decided to go look from him, what seemed to be Will's voice entered in her head and told her not to. Elizabeth had the traveling cloak in her hand just in case she had decided to look from him. Elizabeth also know Lord Cutler Beckett would do everything in his power to bring down Will, and sentence him to be hanged. Elizabeth too was expecting a visit from Beckett soon too. To see or interigate her on where Will's wereabouts...

The sun was already casting long shadows on the ground and the ally was getting cold. Will could hear screaming people and whinnying horses in the distance and ~ maybe it was just his nerves ~ but he was pretty sure they were getting closer. He sighed, pondering what to do next, he couldn't very well stay here, Will was also worried about Elizabeth, if she decided to go looking for him then she could end up in just as much trouble as he was in! He loved her and hoped she wouldn't get involved in this whole mess. Will had already tried to leave Port Royal but Beckett had the dock to heavily guarded for that, he couldn't leave by foot either, the whole town was swarming with soldiers! Finally he picked one of the back doors and opened it, luckily it was unlocked. Will waited for his eyes to adjust to the dim light. He choked as his pasting stirred up a layer of dust from the floor. Once he could see Will searched the room for anything he could use, he found some food and warmer clothes that fix rather well. Will took everything though he feel bad about it ~ he was stealing! Something he'd never dreamed of doing before but he quickly pushed the thoughts aside. You had to do what you had to do.

" To Swann´s mansion, Greiztner ".
Ordered Beckett to Grieztner that was next to him. That day, the lieutenant was the one that was guiding the soldiers. Alone Grieztner could affirm with the head and obey making to trot to his horse shouting to the soldiers the new direction to take.
Cutler Beckett caressed with gentleness the manes of his beautiful white horse and looked at the sky. Soon it was going to rain, there was announcement of storm and a cold that although it was taking his gloves, his hands were frozen.
His eyes esquinted in a few seconds when looked at his around, the hysterical screams of women and of men were bothering him, he hated the screams. So giving a few small soft kicks to his horse, it went to the Swann´s mansion accompanied of his soldiers.

Elizabeth could feel a lump in her throat, she was so worried about Will. Elizabeth decided, at long last, to put her travaling cloak away, she wouldn't need it anyways. This was wrong! Everything was wrong! Why wasn't their justice? Will didn't kill anyone! Will must be in a horrible mess... where ever he was. For sure he didn't leave Port Royal, Beckett made sure there was no possiblity of any leaving with out his notice. What did Beckett want from Will? Elizabeth was pretty sure Beckett knew Will didn't murder anyone. Elizabeth would be so glad the day they replace Beckett. What was Beckett waiting for to go after her as well? Elizabeth was sure he wasn't fond of her either. Elizabeth had to watch her steps for a while, she felt herself shudder at the thought of finding herself in a prison cell. She might as well go mad, she wouldn't last long...

The soldiers' company they did a parallel line towards the doors of Swann´s mansion , they were hoping for his lord that to the moment turned out to be mounted in his horse. Rapidly and with agility down his horse and the layer fitted more on his shoulders. Mercer appeared next to him.
" Lord Beckett, do you want that I enter with you? " .- He asked to him delivering to him his cane.
" Not, Mercer. I want to speak with miss Swann to alone. It takes care of ' Hell '. I will try not to be late too much, this house has never liked coming because it always smells to traitors ".
Cutler Beckett smiled a little and looked at the mansion of Governador Swann with certain displeasure, thinking the bad taste that he had regarding the construction of this house. And with rapid and wide step, walked along the corridor that his soldiers had done to him and knotted with with certain impatience to the door with his elegant cane.

Will shivered involuntarily and wrapped his cloak tighter around himself, he was cold and tired of running from everyone. Well at least he wasn’t hungry anymore. The street lamps were just now being lit, they cast dim light on the cobblestone. He moved away from the Governor’s manor since that was the direction all the commotion was coming from. He thought about Elizabeth, would he ever see her again? He hoped Beckett wouldn’t hassle her too much. Will narrowed his eyes, he’d never liked Beckett much and the man seemed to have a dislike of him as well. He kicked his foot in the dirt as the wind began to blow. Will looked up, a storm was coming that much he could tell. Will continued walking, rain started felling down on him. At first it was light but it soon became heavier ~ and it was cold! Just then he heard horses and his heart started pounding faster, but he soon realized he’d come along a stable full of horses. He looked around but couldn’t see anyone so he slipped inside. By this time he was dripping wet. Will walked down the aisle between the stalls until he got to the last one, it was the only empty one. Will curled up in the corner and ~ dispite all else ~ was soon asleep.

In the Swann´s mansion only there were heard the firm steps of Lord Beckett, which accompanied by a servant, he led it up to the room where miss Swann was. The servant announced his name and he entered rapidly finding miss Swann sat in an elegant couch. His blue eyes looked at her fixedly and a distrustful smile appeared in his lips.
" Miss Swann. Lord Cutler Beckett, he wants see you "
Lord Cutler Beckett came out his layer with a rapid movement of his hand discovering an elegant suit color dark wine and it is delivered to the servant together with his hat and his cane. He only was looking at her fixedly as if a wolf was watching his prey.

Elizabeth was not surprised to hear of Beckett's arrival, "Let him pass," Elizabeth said simply, this wasn't going to be a very good conversation, she knew she had to expect an arguement, but Elizabeth had to be on his good side for a while if she wanted to find out as soon as possible any news of Will. Elizabeth's posture was relaxed, her face composed, soft in the glow of the fire's light, making her seem as she was at peace, but inside she was stiff and not even close to relaxed, "Good evening Lord Beckett, what brings you here this evening?" Elizabeth asked like she had no idea what was going on, she looked at him for a moment and offered him a seat across from her. She looked into the calm fire, burning in the fire place. Her arms clamped together, looking relaxed, yet again, but there was tension, both of them knew that.
