" Leave to us alone Mercer ". Lord Beckett asked looking at miss Swann, deliver to him the declaration of arrest of Turner. He saw the fear in his eyes and only he could smile when it heard his words. When Mercer went out of the room doing a kind inclination and when they were alone again, he approached her resting again on the chimney and his blue eyes were fixed in her.He knew that that silence was terrifying her and more being with him in the room.
" Miss Swann, I am not interested in what you can offer me. I might ask you in return for an 'love meeting' with you if really you should have something that I was interested in, but this is not the case. I want something much more important for me, miss Swann that an adventure of one night, and of course.....you arent of my taste ".

"Hey boy wake up!" Will was rudely awoke by a large heavy set man kicking him in the ribs. He smelled like leather and horses. "What are you doing?" the man asked him harshly. Will scrambled to his feet, the straw sticking to his damp cloak. He waited for the pain in his ribs to subside before answering. "Nothing, I just needed someplace to sleep." he replied, showing no fear though he was worried that the man would recognize him. Will slowly moved around him until he was closer to the door then his opponent. But the man didn't seem to notice who he was. "Get out!" he yelled in Will's face. "Stupid kids!" Will didn't really have a chose so he quickly left, muttering an apology under his breath. From the best he could tell it was around middle night, the rain was still pouring down hard. Will looked around fantically, he needed to get out of the rain but when no one to turn to and no money things weren't looking that good...

Elizabeth didn't understand clearly what he wanted, "Then what do you want?" Elizabeth asked softly, Elizabeth knew this was wrong. Elizabeth knew Will was inocccent, making a deal with Beckett would only make him think he was guilty. Elizabeth sighed, "I really don't see the need to do any kind of deal with you, seeing as I know Mr. Turner is inoccent," Elizabeth said not loudly but not a whisper either. Elizabeth looked out the window to see rain starting to pour down, she loved the rain, but at this moment she wasn't in the mood to watch the rain softly hit the ground. Elizabeth tried not to glare at Beckett, it was hard though, she did not like him, never did for that matter. Everything was fine until he came along... everything was fine in here life until she got involed with Jack Sparrow. Although she thought of this she could not find it in her heart to hate Jack, he was a great friend... at times, and Elizabeth learned to love him as a friend the way he was. At this point Elizabeth was tense, very tense, things could have gone better. Thunder flashed and struck, it wasn't just rain... it was a storm...

" The only thing that I want is that your father, the Governor Swann delivers to me his title, the power to control completely Port Royale, miss Swann. If his father delivers to me his title, I will withdraw all the charges of mister Turner and your father will avoid to see you in a cell for the concealment of a killer, because ....... I can blame him for the murder if I want being he ...... innocently ".The lasts mentioned words were a rustle when he closed over her and an evil and cold smile appeared in his insinuating lips.

Elizabeth was shocked, yet not surprised, "No," Elizabeth said cooly, "My father will not do such thing, I won't let him, and frankly I think it's to much for something small and insignificant. Like I said before, even though I may not be on speaking terms with Mr. Turner, I knew he would not commit murder," Elizabeth brushed off the matter. Elizabeth stood up and went to open the door, "Now if you'd please do me the favor of leaving, it might be the best thing you do this evening for me," Elizabeth said with a cold hard glare at Beckett. Elizabeth wasn't going to mention this to her father, knowing him, he'd turn over his titles for her freedom and she wasn't going to allow it.

Will was shivering hard, he had no way to get out of the rain. The wind was picking up, he had to find somewhere to go to get out of the storm. He tried everywhere he could think of but Beckett's men were everywhere so he was forced to stay out in the weather. Will sneezed, suddenly he heard a horse up ahead. He quickly got off the road into an ally...

" Mmmm ... one moment please ". He said raising a hand with elegant gesture. " Mercer, please, can you come? ".
Mercer when it heard the voice of his Lord appeared in the door, next to miss Swann. Lord Beckett only smiled with pleasure when he saw his bodyguard. He liked to control it everything....
" Miss Elisabeth Swann, remains arrested by accomplice of murder. For being an accomplice of mister Turner. You will be moved to the Charles´s fort, to a strictly watched cell. Mercer put her the wives please ".
"Yes, my Lord "
The authoritarian voice of Cutler Beckett heard in the whole mansion Swann´s Mansion and the servants began to falter. One of the butlers appeared in the door scared by what it was spending.
" Ah, please. Bring to me my layer, my hat, and my cane ".
Beckett asked the butler seeing as Mercer was putting the wives miss Swann. The butler affirmed with the head with fear and disappeared of the room running. The screams of the servants could be heard when they saw miss handcuffed.
" Miss Swann, with me is not played ". He said approaching her. " If your father I am not delivered for what I ask him, I believe that you will be in the cell during a lot of time, also you will serve me to attract mister Turner. Living bait " . This time, Lord Beckett if smiled at pleasure, was such a poisonous smile..

Elizabeth didn't react, this is exsactly what she expected, she did shake in fear or go back on her word, she was standing her ground and if that meant life in prison, so be it. Elizabeth didn't even glare at him, calm as ever actually. Elizabeth didn't answer to anything he told her. Things would only get worse, all that was left to do for her, was to pray, long and hard that both her father and Will would not play into Beckett's hands. Elizabeth was sorely tempted to sneer at his smiling face, but she didn't she wasn't going to be a child about this, but it got the best of her. "When they fire you I'll be the one celebrating," Elizabeth hissed with venom. Her eyes showed a hit of fury in them.

The butler put his layer on his shoulders with gentleness that this one fitted perfectly and Cutler Beckett stopped putting himself on his gloves and his black hat of three peaks, and when the butler delivered to him his cane, when it heard the words of miss Swann, ignored them completely, only when walked from his side, he stopped and looking at her with coldness, he said to her.
" Believe me, I am waiting for the battle of the century. Pirates against real men, because for me, the pirates are not persons, are the slag of the ocean that only they serve for a thing and it is to hang and Miss Swann .... ". He approached her in a few seconds, his nostrils were opened a little, it her was smelling." And you smell as one pirate, like a traitor. I hope that you should happen a little bit agreeably in the cells of the Charles´s Fort, you do not go to be alone, only accompanied of the slag of Port Royale ".
And with these words, looking at her contemptuously and coldness left of Swann's Mansion with soft and elegant steps, ignoring the crying of the servants on having seen miss Swann prisoner.
