Cutler Beckett did an elegant inclination to miss Swann and waited that the servant should leave to sit down where she had said to him. When the door of the room closed, he, without stopping looking at her and smiling closed next to her and with a rapid movement of his hands get up the long froackcoat t and it sat down in the comfortable armchair next to the chimney. He was opposite her, in a few seconds it was in silence until his voice, with a perfect English accent, always calmed and without raising the tone of voice it was heard in the room.
" Thank you very much miss Swann. I believe that you miss will be interested for the motive of my visit ". He said to her with an exquisite irony while it her was looking at the eyes fixedly, feeling the nervousness of her in his body although she was trying to be calm. This was the reaction that was always causing the women and that he was loving him.

Elizabeth looked at him not really in fear of anything, she was just tense that she was in the same room with the man who wants to kill Will. The fire made her skin seem like it had a soft glow, her hazel eyes too showed a calm and peaceful person, some worry although could be seen. "How can I help you this evening, Lord Beckett?" Elizabeth asked her voice soft, but cautious. He could want anything, Elizabeth couldn't help but worry a bit more, she hardly knew Beckett, so that means she doesn't know his motives or what he's capable of doing. Elizabeth felt herself want to get up and leave the room, she did not want to be alone with him. She felt like she'd just let herself be munipualted. Elizabeth felt his eyes on her, watching her every moment, Elizabeth couldn't panic it would be THE worst thing at the moment. Although her breath quickened a bit more then normally. Her breath was so rapid, she felt her chest moving up slowly and then down again. Elizabeth tried to calm herself, and she did she composed herself, she could not let him see her like this. Elizabeth could not deny she started feeling fear creep up on her, she kept her eyes on the fire. Yes, now she felt it, fear...

Cutler Beckett smiled a few moments seeing the attitude of miss Swann.."Excuse me, my lady. Have you cold?. Because I see that you are trembling. Why do you not approach any more the fire, miss Swann? ". He said to her with irony in his words while it was looking at her fixedly. The smile did not disappear of his lips, if not that remained drawn in face. A smile that was not presaging anything good. He knew that his state was because he was there, next to her ......

Elizabeth shook her head as a responce, "No, I'm fine, I just haven't been resting well these pasted few nights. Lots of chaos outside lately," Elizabeth said in a soft whispered, fear ringing through every word. Elizabeth had to surpress a sneer, like he cared, she'd really like to see that. Out side distantly she could her a woman's shrill scream, it was blood chilling, Elizabeth shivered at the thought of what that poor woman could be involved in. "You still have not answered my question, Milord. What brings you here this evening? I am sure, you out of all people are very busy trying to look for Mr. Turner and at the same time control the chaos in Port Royal," Elizabeth said standing up from her seat and looking out the window, her back toward Beckett. Elizabeth could imagen the people on the streets having no sense of logic, scared to death, feeling no longer safe among the streets...

Cutler Beckett smiled and got up approaching the fire, rested lightly on the chimney and smiled. " I have come to ask you if you know this where William Turner, is accused for murdering a very influential person of the Company and as that you have a good relation with him, I have thought that you might say to me where it is, miss Swann ".He said to her hissed every word, every covered word of irony and with a rapid movement, was turned to look at her fixedly thinking about how innocent there was that woman who loved a traitor, to a pirate. She was deserving his scorn, Beckett was despising her, since he was despising his father.

Elizabeth sighed, her back still to Beckett, she bowed her head a little, holding back tears. Elizabeth composed herself once more, "I'm sorry to disappoint you Milord, but I do not know where are Mr. Turner's wereabouts nor am I interested. You have been miss informed, Milord, I am not on speaking terms with Mr. Turner, we decided it was for the best that we go our own way, this was just two days before the accused murder, since then I have not heard news from him personally," Elizabeth informed him. Elizabeth turned around to face Beckett again, her hazel eyes showed no lies, it was true, actually, Will abondoned her, saying it was too dangerous for them to countinue to see each other. This left her alone once more, only with the company of her father, and the confort of the memories of Will.

"Miss Swann, do not prove to be hard and cold with me, really it does not favor you ". He said approaching her with slow and elegant steps. " And do not say to me that it is not interested in mister Turner, because I cannot believe it. I know her very well..... But if you insist, I believe that it was not important for you that it hangs him when we find him, because that is in Port Royale, my soldiers are in his search, but if I discover that mister Turner shelters in his house. I will not have any more remedy than you to arrest you and to your father accused of concealment. You will spend the Christmas in the coldest cell of the fortress ". His eyes shone and his words were cold but calmed. His tone had been the same, neither shout nor raise the voice, he did not need, because his voice, authoritarian, provided for an exquisite English accent, was heard in the whole mansion, even the servants heard him.

Elizabeth's showed no signs of fear, because she had nothing to do with Will, at least not at the moment, "Do whatever you please, Milord, but my father as well as I am, have no involment what so ever with Mr. Turner and his disappearence. I am sure it would bring you joy to know I am suffering on Christmas day in a cell while you cheerfully celebrate in your cozy home. I do not intend to fear you, I have no reason to, I have not commited any crimes, and I do not intend to do it, not only does it put me at risk but as well as my father. I can have all the flaws in the world, but I am not a traitor," Elizabeth hissed at him. Elizabeth passed him swiftly and sat down once more, looking the same way she did when he entered, although her breath was heavier. Elizabeth disliked so much not to be trusted, she looked into the fire once more, it soothe her, things can only get to a certain point with out breaking. Silence stretched between them, Elizabeth made sure to calm down before she spoke the words, "Is there anything else you would like to discuss with me or threaten me, or is that all you've come for?" Elizabeth asked her voice soft once more, showing to hatred or resentment, a bit hurt but nothing more. Elizabeth didn't know how long she would take, holding back tears, but she hopped long enough for him to leave. Elizabeth didn't want Beckett to see her emotional, not at all, her situation with him was bad enough. Elizabeth could only hope tears would not sting until she heard him leave her home.

Lord Beckett smiled and his eyes shone when he saw the state in which miss Swann was. She was trying to be calm, serene and calmed, but his face and his respiration was saying to him that in his interior a battle was escaping, a battle not to expel the tears of his eyes. But in that moments Mercer appeared in the room, to rapid step he closed over his Lord delivering to him a manuscript. It was the declaration of arrest for William Turner.
" It has just come, my Lord "
" Ah, thank you Mercer, you have come on time ". He said smiling with nastiness. " Miss Swann, here is the declaration of arrest of mister William Turner, signed by the England King and for me himself. Only I can say to you that if we do not discover if really he murdered the Commodore Stewart, we will have unfortunately that to hang it to prepare that it could murder more innocent persons. But if you want that this mister Turner frees of all the charges, we can do business"

Elizabeth looked at Beckett, she could not believe this, should she care? Should she make a deal? He said if, she highly disliked that word, he could have fun making evidence, leaving her with nothing for her side of the deal. Elizabeth thought what could be a worst sin, making a deal for gettin Will out of trouble, or letting him be hanged. Elizabeth looked away, there was a silence, she pondered on weather what he could want from her, there was nothing special about her, nothing at all. Elizabeth felt fear creeping back to her, what could he want from her, she wasn't glamorous, she didn't posses anything that could intrest him. Elizabeth couldn't help but be a bit intrigued, but what if it was a trap? Just to get Will, her father, and her killed! Elizabeth looked outside once more, all the chaos, would she be one of them soon if she agreed? Elizabeth didn't want her father to suffer because of her actions. At long last, Elizabeth found her voice, "I'm not sure what you could possibly want from me, Milord, but I will listen to what you suggest, everything we say in this room will stay in this room," Elizabeth said her voice soft, but coaxed with fear. Something told Elizabeth that this was the beginning of the end, something horrible was going to happen and there was nothing that would stop these events. All Elizabeth could do is prey and hope her fears weren't true.
