Sands ran his fingers slowly along her forehead, moving his hands down to her cheeks, letting his thumbs feel the shape of her nose, before moving along her jaw and retracing his movements back up to her forehead trying to peice together a mental image of the woman in front of him. He moved his hands into her hair letting his fingers feel out her hair style and the length of her hair. Letting his fingers fall through the ends of her hair he moved his hands away from her face, opting to find her hand again.
"Not bad. If you look anything like the image I have in my mind's eye, you're quite beautiful." Sands commented, feeling slightly awkward.

"Thank you," Selina smiled, she was glad Sands couldnt see her cheek turning slightly pink. She took his hand again, gently. She sat in an awkward silence for a few minutes trying to think of a way to make conversation that didnt sound like she was interrogating him. "Do you want me to get anything for you? A drink, or maybe something to eat?" She said eventually when she could think of nothing better to say.

"They told me if I wanted I could go home to rest and take it easy. I've not been to my house in 3 years. Do you know how to drive in America?" Sands asked, unsure if he'd need to have somebody from the CIA drive them or if she could.

"Well, my licence works anywhere in the world. It cant be that hard to drive on the left side of the road, can it?" Selina smirked. "Do you have car or are we going to have to steal one?" She joked.

"Yeah, I have a car. I had to drive here three years ago. I just need to get the keys from security." Sands said.
He leaned over to a table on the other side of his bed and picked up the new ID and the collapsible cane he had been given earlier along with a set of clothes. He had changed into the clothes the instant he got them and begrudgingly asked for a quick 101 of how to use the cane. He was wearing an Army green t-shirt and camouflage green and black Army pants. Leaning down he pulled on a pair of black combat boots before standing up and extending the cane. Sands reached out for Selina, linking arms with her and holding her hand.
"To the security offices." Sands said walking forward, sweeping the cane back and forth feeling for unseen obstacles, "It's located in the parking garage behind the main building."

Selina walked him down the long corridoor through the hospital, trying to weave Sands around chairs and deserted bags left lying around. Selina collected the keys from the security office and then took Sands and helped him into the front passenger seat of his car. It was a small black sports car. Selina didnt know what kind, she didnt know that much about cars. She whistled and ran her fingers across it as she walked around to the drivers side.
"I hope you dont mind," She said as she climbed into the drivers seat of the car. "But Officer Anderson said they were going to collect my things from the hotel and have them delivered to your house. He said I could stay with you, is that alright with you? ... If it's not I can get a hotel room, I dont mind," Selina added as she started the car.

"That's fine." Sands said, then gave her directions to his house. Sands was glad for the vicodin they gave him because as it was he was feeling a bit motion sick not being able to see where they were going. He hoped he would arrive home soon.

It was about a twenty minute drive to Sands house, most of which was in silence. Selina had tried turning the radio on but she couldnt find anything good and gave up in the end.
She turned the car off the main road and headed up a small dirt road. "We're just going up a hill, surrounded by trees and at the top I can see a small-ish wooden house with a porch, does this sound like the place?" She glanced over and saw he looked rather pale, but decided not to mention anything. She hoped this was the right place, she didnt feel like driving any longer, she'd veered onto the right side of the road a few too many times already. The house didnt look very 'Sands' but then again, what had she expected? Something dark and falling apart? The grass was overgrown but other than that it looked so normal ...

"No. That's my neighbor, also CIA, he's been gone almost as long as I have, a little longer actually. My house is a little farther up ahead. It's... huge-ish and brick." Sands said smiling, knowing he'd be home soon.

"Oh ..." Selina drove the car a little further down the road, past the house she had thought was Sands. When his house came into view Selina's eyes widened and her jaw dropped. He was underestimating when he'd said "huge-ish". "Jeff, it's beautiful." She guided the car up the drive and turned the engine off. "And you live here all by yourself? Or are there any jealous girlfriends or vicious dogs I have to watch out for?" Selina smirked as she got out of the car and walked around to the other side to help Sands.
