Roxy caressed his hand and nodded "okay..if you think you can handle having me there then I hope they let me go home with you. I've been having nightmares for the past few days not knowing where I was, dreaming about my dad."

"Kay.. I hope they'll let you." Tom mumbled, briefly brushing a kiss on her forehead. "Time to find out." Judy returned with her stuff so they were ready to go now.

Roxy took her bag and followed Judy out of her appartment. They all went to the station in her car. Roxy bit her nails, nervous as hell that maybe she would not be able to stay at Tom's place.
After fifteen miutes they arrived at jump street and all got out of the car. Roxy went into the chapel after Tom.

"I'll come with you," TOM told Judy when she headed for Fuller's office, hoping he could convince the cap if he didn't agree immediately.

"i'll wait here" Roxy mumbled, sitting down on an empty desk.
Judy knocked on Fuller's door
"Come in"
"Eh..chief? Can I talk to you for a minute?"
"Sure.. are you all packed for new york ?
"I am, I am just concerned about Roxy's lodgings... I know you'll put her in the care of a qualified officer, but I think she could use a more familiar place.. if you are okay with it. I think it would be in her best interest to keep her at Tom's place"
Fuller glanced at Tom "and why is that ?"

(Bahhaha oh I HATE when I do that.  Modified.  ) Tom shrugged his shoulders slightly, "I'm a qualified officer. I mean, not officially, not right now. But you know I am. And Roxy's stressed out enough as it is. She's eighteen, captain, her dad's missing, her life's upside down. She's scared 'bout moving places again." |

Fuller looked pensive for a while then he sighed "The psychiatrist who tested her did mention that she was a vulnerable girl, especially now" he mumbled, thinking it through. The psychiatrist had also told him that Roxy had never had a good stable home to begin with. She had made up half her life to avoid the actual drugbusiness going around in her life. Fuller could understand that if they needed to use their prime suspect for anything at all, they would need her in a good state..
"I'll put officer Thompson on look out .. I need to keep to the policies here, Tom"Fuller mumbled, knowing it would seem as if he did not trust one of his best cops.

"i'll drop by in the morning to see how things are going.." Fuller nodded at the door, wanting them to leave "Judy, wait for me outside, i'll give you guys information about the flight and tickets"
"Kay captain" Judy nodded and left his office together with Tom.
Roxy jumped up from the desk when the little office door opened..
