I glance over my shoulder to her, as she doesn't really come along. "C'mon, luv, the harbours just a few steps away now." I remind her.

"Aye.. I know. Sorry." I smirk, trying to keep my pace up with his now.

I slip an arm around her waist so she can't fall behind anymore, as we head in the direction of the harbour. Which isn't hard to find, all we have to do is follow the scent of the sea.

That sea air makes me smile a lot more. It almost takes my mind off the pain.. and the secret dread of his reaction to the Pearl. He promised he wouldn't forget me. But I doubt how true that will stay.

As we turn the last corner that brings us to the harbour, a grin comes to my face instantly. She's there. Of course she's there - I've known that for a long time by now. But the confirmation of seeing the Pearl with me own two eyes is a welcome one. I pick up the pace again, going over to her gangplank instantly. Not minding about Cassandra who has to hurry to follow me.

My heart actually sinks a little at that point and my aching feet march quickly behind him.. though I feel a little stupid for the effort now.

As we get back aboard, we're welcomed by the nighwatch. The men come over, and start talking to both of us instantly, telling how they hadn't known which course to sail - but how the ship seemed to have determined a course herself, and wouldn't let them divert from it. They speak about the attack which we had lost, and what happened afterwards. They blab about how they stayed in this town a few days, unsure what to do. I don't pay much attention to them at all though. I wander over the ship, examining her condition carefully, making sure nothing changed.

I stand there awkwardly, greeted by noone. I think that they would have all rather seen their lost friend's here than me. Right now all I want to do is lay down in the cabin. I step further onto the decks, and over to Jack, keeping behind him a few steps, wondering whether I should say something before I disappear.

Eventually I pay some mind to the crewmembers swarming around us. I turn to them, instantly, with a question. "Do we have supplies aboard?" "Not many, capt'n." One of them says. "Enough to last days, but not weeks." "Get to it then, gather supplies we need, let's get ready to sail again." I want to be out of here by dawn.
I glance over to Cassandra who stands nearby, silently, and give her a smile to acknowledge her. Before she can go weird on me again.

I force a smile back. This is going to be insane after weeks of being constantly together. I bite on my lip a little before I finally approach him further, "I'm going to bed.. See you tomorrow, I suppose?"
