"He's the maintenance worker." Tom explained, "The only one who wouldn't put his ass on the line by helping me out with clearing my appartment."

(wouldn't or would?)
"Aha, I feel sorry that he had to drag all the stuff out of your home and now they all have to go back in again, just for a simple mission" Stacey shrugged a little "But anyway.. the mission did work out, I bet you plan those kind of things as a police officer. You know exactly when a plan will work out and all?" She had absolutely no idea how police officers went about their work, obviously.

(Uh, pick one Haha) "Some times." Tom shrugged, opening the door to his appartment so they could start moving stuff. "Sometimes you think you have a solid plan, that nothing can go wrong.. and things still go haywire, you know. Or you have no plan at all, and things turn out okay. It's not very predictable if you want certaincy."

"hm.." Stacey pursed her lips and looked at the furniture "Okay, let's get to it before I change my mind... you have a shitload of stuff to put back" she smirked a little

Tom grinned, "There's no turning back now, ladies." He warned them. The four of them, Stacey, Sera, Tom and Blowfish, started to return the furniture to the appartment. The girls mainly took care of the small stuff, chairs and boxes, while Blowfish and Tom carried couches and things. It took them a while, but after somewhat less than an hour everything was back in place as it had been before.

"Suspiscious" Stacey said "For a teddybear collector you don't have many bears at all.. I am disappointed" she chuckled and fell onto the couch "Do you have something to drrink?". She was used to asking for things when they weren't offered to her, guess that habbit rolled in when she was living on the street.

"I asked Sal to keep them, I'll have to shrink my collection some day." Tom joked, figuring that if she was gonna believe he was into teddybears, he wasn't gonna ruin her ideas. "...And yeah. I think so. Hold on." He disappeared to the kitchen to search his fridge for anything they could drink. Sera flopped down on the couch next to Stacey and grinned, "I like this place a lot better this way. Cosy." She judged.

"I know, he shoulda kept the furniture in when we were coming over here to live for a few days" Stacey took her shoes off and curled up on the couch, hugging her knees. Somehow this place had a safe and calm feeling to it, perhaps it was because they were in the same house as a cop, but still, she felt safe now.

Blowfish had left by now, so the girls were alone in the livingroom. Sera smirked over to Stacey, who was getting comfortable. "Hey, I need some space too you know." She poked her friends leg.
Tom returned to the livingroom with a bottle of Coca Cola and three glasses. "It's this or coffee, take your pick." He told the girls.

Stacey pointed towards the coca cola "I don't think I've ever had it though" she mumbled "But I've seen other people drink it, they seemed happy with it" she smirked, feeling like a dork. It was too expensive to buy, and whenever they were stealing something, it sure as hell wasn't the brand-luxury goods...
