Luke, himself, had come to shore to find out what was taking them so long. He didn't even bother to ever draw his pistol, his men were taking care of killing anyone that was left fighting. He was drawn by a woman's terrified screams to the scene of what was going on now.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOIN' ON 'ERE!?" He snarled.
Alex's eyes widened slightly when she heard his loud voice even from down in the cellar. She hurried up after Thomas to explain.

Thomas stumbled up and fell to the floor as Alex passed him quickly. He quickly got up on his feet again and saw Lucy in the hands of filthy pirates. He didn't bother that the Captain was there now and things were a bit calmer, he stumbled towards Lucy, leaving a trail of blood after him.
"Get off her!"
one pirate pushed him backwards as he approached them but Lucy managed to get away and she ran to Thomas and he held her tight and hushing her, then he looked at the pirates who were inside his house.

Alex turned to her father, "Luke--"
"Shut up." Luke snapped before she got another word out. "Who are they?"
Alex paused a moment, "Dunno, but they gave us trouble."
Luke glanced at her and noted her bloody arm. He pulled his pistol, a massive looking thing, "Well, they won't anymore." He pointed it at the two on the floor.

"Don't shoot!" Lucy bursted out. "Please don't shoot, I'm eight months pregnant, we're gonna have our first baby together, please don't kill us!"
"quiet, Lucy...!" Thomas said, looking at the man aiming the pistol at them. "I suppose you're the Captain? I invoke the right of parely"
"Thomas, what..-"
"I'm not a pirate..but rather you take us aboard the ship and we can negotiate about this than you killing my girl and baby. I can work good, I can become a crewmember, a damn good one!" he knew he might just get shot without them listening to his babbling, but he was scared now. Not for his own life, but for Lucy's.

Alex frowned deeply when she heard what he wanted to negociate.
Don't be foolish, kid. You'd rather be dead than in the grips with Luke Harth.
She didn't say it aloud of course, she wouldn't dare.
Luke looked them both over, "Eight months, ya' say?" He looked her over with appreciative eyes. Get rid of that baby and there's a girl with long legs under neath....
He started to grin.
Oh God, no.
"Aye." Luke nodded, putting his pistol back in his belt, "Yer welcome aboard The Piercin' Pirate," He paused, "but ye'll be payin' for it sooner than ya' think."

Thomas eyes darted from the Captain to the rest of the crew. Had it worked? warily he stood up, holding onto Lucy and he looked at the Captain.
"But no one will lay a hand on Lucy....agreed."

Luke chuckled, "Agreed, dun you be worryin' none o' tha'. I'll e'en give ye two a cabin to 'ave yer doolies in."
Alex pursed her lips together and refrained from shaking her head.

He still darted his eyes to and from them all and held Lucy tight in his arms.
"Alright.."

Luke nodded and turned to a few of his men, "Lead 'em back to the longboats. Defy my orders an' 'urt one o' 'em... I'll have yer head."
"Aye sir."
"Aye!"
The other just nodded quickly.
"This way." The man gestured for Thomas and Lucy to follow him as he started off for the beach.

Thomas limped and Lucy tried to help him.
"It's alright, honey, I'll be fine"
Lucy was too scared to say anything and soon they were being pushed down into a boat. Thomas still holding tight onto Lucy and looking at the crewmembers who got into the boat with them
