He ignored Alex and just listening to the cop, then started to search for a pen
"Alright, wait, wait, give me the adress again...yeah I don't fucking care if I shouldnt go there, it's my fucking daughter so don't you fucking tell me...--"
he kept looking around getting frustraded that he couldn't find a pen anywhere

Alex whimpered a little when he didn't answer her, only able to get one side of the conversation, desperate to know more.

He finally found a pen and wrote something down on his hand, holding the reciever between his ear and shoulder.
"Is she surrounded? uh huh, well you should keep your fucking gund loaded if you wanna stop me cause I'm coming right now. Right now!"
he hung up in the middle of the cops protest and went to take his jacket
"They've found her, I'm going there"

"I'm going to!" Alex insisted, leaping to her feet from where she'd sat down on the couch again, "Who has her? Why is she surrounded. Is she hurt?"

Thomas answered Alex on his way to the car;
"The freak woman who has her is surrounded! I don't know! Get in the car"

Alex whimpered unhappily, but she quickly got into the car, not sparing a moment of waste.

He drove almost violently through the streets until they came to a building where police cars were parked with their blinking lights on. Thomas quickly got out and hurried up to a police-officer
"Please,sir, I need you to--"
"Get your hands off me, it's my daughter, where is she?"
He looked up a tall building.
"On the roof"
"Holy shit..." he whispered as he saw a figure holding onto something (Jadyn) on the top of the roof

Alex let out a cry and went forward automatically when she saw the person with Jadyn, but a cop caught her and pulled her back from the perimeter they'd set up around, "Get her down! Oh my god! Get her down!"

"Calm down! We're trying not to make her drop her! If you just--" he quickly looked to his side and saw Thomas running around the corner of the house.
"Hey! You've no permission to be there! Come back!"
Thomas didn't listen of course. Pushed everybody aside and started climbing up some windows until he disappeared inside one opened one. While inside he started running up the stairs he could find
"Such a pretty baby, aren't you? Thomas and my baby you are" the girl said as she stroke Jadyns damp cheek up on the rooftop

"Thomas!" Alex cried when he disappeared from view and her eyes immediately went up to the roof, "What are you going to do?" She asked herself more than anyone else.
