Mystique kept her arms around Lucy, holding her on her lap. "It's complicated, Luce, you'll understand when you're older but I think we're going to be alright," She told her little girl. This was all for Lucy's benefit anyway, she wouldn't have given Logan the time of day again, no matter how she felt about him personally, but she made the effort for her daughter. Lucy needed her parents to not hate each other.

Lucy gave her mummy a big smile and an even bigger hug, happy about the good news. After days of picking up on sad thoughts, she had been really scared that her mummy and daddy would never be friends again. When the door of the kitchen opened and Logan walked in, Lucy squealed and jumped off her mummy's lap to give her daddy a big hug too.
"Heya punkin," Logan picked Lucy up with a smirk when she held her arms up, figuring the li'll girl had suger for breakfast again if she was ultrasonic this early. He looked over Mystique while Lucy hugged him, "Morning," He told her with a slight smirk, cos he didn't exactly have a chance to say anything to her earlier, when she left his room in a matter of seconds.

"Morning," Mystique said, looking at him over the top of her mug. She wasn't ready for everyone else to know that they were - relatively - back together again, so she acted like she was indifferent to him, like she hadn't woken up in his arms this morning, feeling happier than she had in days. "Sleep well?"

"Yeah, from 'round 3 in the morning I did." Logan told her with a slight smirk. The lack of Mystique in his bed had caused some sleepless nights before. "You?" Logan walked over to put Lucy back down on her seat next to Mystique. The little girl dropped her spoon in her bowl of cereal again, munching her breakfast happily after what her mummy told her.

"I've slept better," Mystique said, a smirk tugging at her lips. Hell, it was the best sleep she'd had in about a week, but she wasn't going to tell him that. She hid the smirk by standing up and walking to the fridge. She leaned against the fridge door, her fingers moved down the tub of ice cream in plain sight to Logan, a little playful tease at the comment she'd made the night before about ice cream memories - which showed in itself that she felt more comfortable around him already. She picked out a tub of yoghurt instead and sat back down in her seat next to Lucy.

Logan kept his gaze on Mystique when her fingers lingered on the tub of icecream for a moment. It made the cold shower that morning pretty much useless. But by now he didn't care how much she was screwing with his mind though, he prefered it to getting the cold shoulder any day. Logan pulled his mind back out of the gutter when Mystique sat back down, and moved over to the coffeemachine to clear his head with some cafeine. "So.. you want coffee with that icecr- yoghurt?" He raised an eyebrow as he glanced back over to her, his attempt involving minds and gutters not completely succesful.

"Please," Mystique gave him a slight smile, pretending she didn't hear his slip up, but it showed her that he was still just as easy to tease. "Hey Luce!" Mystique said, getting her daughters attention before she lifted the yoghurt covered spoon and stuck it to the end of her nose again with a squelch at the yoghurt sprayed up her face. Lucy looked up at her mummy with a big grin, giggling hysterically.

Logan looked over his shoulder to Mystique for a second and he smirked slightly. Hell, he'd kill to move that yoghurt elsewhere and to lick it off her. ...Which made him realize that for god's sake, the woman had yoghurt in her face he still managed to get sidetracked in sexual fantasies. The proof that he was going mad. He needed 'r. Badly.
He pulled the mugs of coffee from the machine and put one down in front of her, as he moved 'round the table to take a seat.

Mystique mumbled a thanks to him, barely even noticing the coffee appearing. She took a spoonful of yoghurt and did the same thing to Lucy, sticking the spoon to her face with a squelch.
"AAAARGH!" Lucy shrieked. "Help me daddy!" The second Logan looked over to his yoghurt-covered daughter, a spoonful of yoghurt got flicked in his face. Mystique stifled a laugh and ran around behind Lucy, hiding behind her like a human shield, playing around for Lucy's amusement. She'd seen her happy she was when her mummy laughed. Mystique felt terrible for putting Lucy through what she did, and she intended to make up for it.

Logan whiped the yoghurt from his face, raising an eyebrow at the girls. Lucy was giggling hysterically, trying hard to dodge from her function as human shield when Logan reached over and grabbed the tub of yoghurt from the table. A well aimed spoonfull landed half in Lucy's face, half in Mystique's, after which the little girl squealed and ran towards her daddy to steal the yoghurt back for more ammunition. Logan smirked when Lucy tried to reach the yoghurt tub. "Muuuuummy heeeelp!" The girl called for back-up when more yoghurt winded up on her face.
