Around one, Logan ditched his toolbelt when Mystique showed up on the construction site again. He climbed down and walked over to meet her. During the last few hours, his mind had been with her a lot. And he'd just gotten more and more angry at Magneto for messin' with their lives.

Mystique waited for him by the gate of the site, with Aurora in her stroller this time, giving Marie the day off. She didn't want to take her onto the site for fear of something falling on her or something stupid like that. So she waited by the gate.
"Hey baby," She smiled when he approached her. "Wanna go to the park again?" She suggested, thinking it was a good idea to let Aurora get some fresh air after being cooped up in that house most of the time.

"Yeah, sure," Logan gave Mystique a kiss, and leaned over to place a kiss on Aurora's head as well. "Hey midget," He told her, smirking when Aurora made some blubbering noises. Magneto was a goddamn bastard, making life harder on them when they had their li'll baby girl to take care off.

They walked to the park, Mystique pushed the strolled with Aurora in it. "When I went home, I did some calculations, with your pay as it is, and if you win ... say ... 3 out of 4 fights, being realistic," She smirked a little, "And we save money by not paying for a babysitter, we could just about make up for not having my pay, we could just scrape it if we tightened our belts a little, and if you win 4 out of 4 fights, we might actually be able to save a little each month,"

"Alright. We'll go for it." Logan agreed. They passed by the building where Mystique used to work, and Logan narrowed his eyes. "Say, babe, you got five minutes?" He raised an eyebrow, meeting her gaze.

Mystique glanced behind her at the building, then back to Logan. "I'm out of work, babe, I've got nothing but time,"

"Alrigh'.. Wait here," Logan told her, "Just gonna tell that magnetic asshole he doesn't mess with our lives so easy. I'll be nice." He winked at Mystique, stole a brief kiss from her lips and headed into the building.

Security waved Logan through when he approached, recognising him from the day before, not having been told yet that Mystique didn't work there anymore. Magneto was up on the tenth floor, a younger, skinnier, red haired mutant had already replaced Mystique as Magneto's secretary. She looked at Logan as he approached. "Do you have an appointment?" She asked, flicking through the diary on the desk.

"Nah, but don't worry, Magnetman and me go way back." Logan made up, so she'd back the hell off. Fists clenched, he crossed the floor to Magneto's office, where he smacked the door open angrily. "You had this comin' a long time, bub," Logan growled, before he pulled Magneto out of his chair, and swung his left fist at him.

The first stopped mid air, inches from Magneto's face. Then Logan's fingers uncurled themselves from his collar. Magento casually sat back down behind his desk, leaving Logan there with his fist mid-air. "I suggest you leave now, while you're still in one piece and I won't have to hurt you, Wolverine,"
