"Great!" Cole said. "Just what we need! A newbie in the area!"
He fired his crossbow at the zombies. He looked down at Soren when he mentioned a mall.
"Can you get us there, short stuff?"

Amy certainly didn't know how to use a gun, so she was glad for Soren's protection. She quickly trailed behind him and asked, "So we're going to the mall then? Should we be safe there?"

Soren would have given him a dirty look and even spat a comeback at him, but more and more zombies were coming out. "That red van over there.. It's mine.. Well it was someone elses before.. but they left the keys in it.. Hurry up and get it started.. I got your backs.. you need to save those arrows." Soren said and began shooting as many of the zombies as he could.
Billie glanced at the van and made a run for it first. "SHOT GUN!!" She yelled as if she were back home with her friends and they were about to go on a road trip. "I'm drivin' killer.." She said and hopped in before he had a chance to fight her. She started up the van and waited for everyone else to get in. "We'll be safe for a little bit I suppose.. long enough to get supplies.."

"Great..." Colt said. "And just where are we going to get these "supplies"? In case you haven't noticed, there are zombies on every corner of this place!"

Amy was already running towards the car. She frowned at "supplies". What kinds of supplies would they need? And would she be safe with these people? She hardly knew then. She watching Soren shooting the zombies. She wished she knew a thing or two about fighting. Apparently, everyone here did except for her.

As soon as everyone was in the van, Billie pushed the gas peddle all the way to the floor. She glanced at Colt for a quick second before turning back to the road. "It's a good thing ya know how to kill cuz you clearly don't have much smarts." She hit Soren in the leg who was standing with his head sticking out of the sun roof shooting at the zombies. "Don't waste amo.. save it for when we really need it." She glanced at Cole again, "If we can manage to get into the mall and lock ourselves in, it'll give us time to find food, water clothes maybe even a few weapons if we're lucky. We wont have much time though.. Those things are strong. They'll break the door down within an hour." She said and swerved to run over a group of zombies.
Soren sat next to Amy when he realized Billie was right. He glanced at her and attempted a smile. She looked scared shitless and he wanted to say something to make her feel better, but he's never been good with words.

Instantly Billie went on the defense. Still keeping an eye on the road, she pulled a small hand gun out and pointed it at Cole, "And I'm pretty fuckin' multi-tasked.. I can blow your brains out in a second without swerving," She purposely ran over more zombies, "But if you kill the driver what happens to the rest of you?" She raised a questioning eyebrow and pictured the van crashing.
"Woah woah woah.. Do you guys really think nows the best time for this??" Soren asked, attempting to be the voice of reason.

Amy looked from Colton to Billie with a scared expression on her face. These people were not really her type. She felt very small and lost. Feeling nervous, she moved a little closer to Soren and gave him a look out of the corner of her eye. She hoped he would stop Billie and Colton from arguing further.

"No one's talking to you, short stuff", Cole said. "This is between Killer Colt and bright eyes, here."
He turned back to Billie.
"Who says something bad's going to happen? I can take care of myself and anyone else who comes along."
