"More than you think," Logan told her, while they walked over to the car and he got in on the driver's side, to head to the Baxter building.

Alfie climbed in the back while Mystique got in the passenger seat. "Sure you can remember how to drive it?" She teased.

"It's like riding a bike." Logan smirked, shifting the car into gear and accelerating off the long driveway to the street. 'Sides, he liked this car a lot more than what he'd been driving in that other universe. With all their developed technology, all the cars there had automatic transmission and used breaks automatically when you exceeded the speed limit. That'd been a pain in the ass until he'd found how to disable the function.

"Just keen on tradition." Logan retorted, keeping himself from adding 'and my car' ... because she had managed to save it from the scrapheap.

"Uh huh, well there's one tradition you won't be getting tonight," Mystique added dryly.

Logan smirked, "See, I knew I could count on a warm welcome from you." He told 'r, while he shifted gears and drove the pedal down, ignoring any speed limits as they made their way to the Baxter building.
